For those craving tiramisu, I actually just found Balconi mini Tiramisu individually wrapped sponge cake filled with velvety, mars Capone cream, and chocolate liquor. They are 15 carbs total and big enough that you can cut them in half and add a little sugar-free whip. I was able to find them at an American store called Piggly Wiggly, not a store. I typically go to, I’m sure you can look up where else they sell their products online.
Thank you for sharing. Just purchased the iFast. What milk are you using in the evening shake? Did you post the soup recipe, it looks delicious and I would love to try it.
I can tell you the italian dressing, carbonara sauce and alfedo all have sugar in them. All cheap restraunts do this to their fatty sauces to make it taste "wow"
I know the old salad dressing they used to use was a high fructose corn syrup, sugar Pelouze. I’m not sure if the Italian dressing for the salad is only the two carb Olive Garden option that they sell at places like Costco. By law restaurants have to have nutritional information available.
The chicken and shrimp scampi with broccoli and peppers is going to be 20 carbs total. Being that I was at Olive Garden the other day and I had to have a full cheat day because I couldn’t figure out what to order. I am so happy for these two options. I didn’t know I could substitute broccoli for noodles. I had asked if they had zoodles and they didn’t.
