Look man I'm saying this as someone that really likes Baki but it makes no damn sense. It never did and the plot was always idiotic. Hell, half the info in it is straight up wrong but that's the best part of it. What dumb stuff are they going to think up next. Can't wait for the next season.

Sort of it will be a weird movie if it’s only the second book as it skips 10 years ahead but if they use the book about the the holy war and mix it with the second book it could work really well but there will be a huge time skip somewhere in the movie

Read the books, the first 2 anyway Dune (the movie has made quite a few changes in the second half) and Dune Messiah (the book will be completely different then the movie thanks to what Dune Part 2 did) will have to compensate for that.
