I feel that as much as we hate Pakistan its India that has stolen many our instruments. Sitar, 3 strings in Dari is today known as an Indian instrument
rora jaan, no one has stolen anything. there is only one race in the eyes of ALLAH (swt) and that is the human race. Also the Indian Sitar is different than our Pashto (or afghan, tajiki, uzbek, w/e) setar dutar etc. Also we had one kingdom in the past called Gandharva so it really doesn't matter. Do you play an instrument? I play Rubab, so I can say it is mine. But music is for everyone not just one person. Entire music theory we use in Afghan classical music is Indian and we happily acknowledge it. These borders are man made and mostly made by the British. Afghan people have lived in Pakistan and India and brought their culture with them as well as taking other culture back. If you hate Pakistan blindly it is stupid, you should only hate the corrupt government and hate all humans for their corruption because there are many bad men in Afghanistan just like in Pakistan. Look at individuals not groups. All Afghan musicians love Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. Many Afghan musicians went to India for further musical education. khudai pa aman (khoda hafez)
@@daniyalmirza8595 Very comprehensively described. Thanks for taking your time explaining it to fellow countrymen. Music has no boundries and music is everywhere, it should be appreciated regardless of country, race, language, or boundries. Abada Osay.
