This channel is based around the Greenland Airport Livestreams. Welcome to a place that resides above the tree line and (sometimes) below the arctic circle. Where the Dash-8 circles and the King Air is an angel of mercy. Pull up a chair at the airport lounge, grab some expensive alcohol and enjoy the ice, rock, water and aviation at it's best. Also bring a jacket and lots of patience.

Best video of noctilucent clouds I've ever seen and I am a meteorologist of over 40 years. The lower altitude standing wave clouds were a nice juxtaposition as well. Cheers!

I didn't know that paving in the rain was recommended. Thought that the water would break down the oils in the asphalt before it could set up properly. Shows what I know I guess. Lol
That matches up with my understanding as well. I suppose that there is some concern about having the runway ready for the Nov 28 touchdown of the A330:)

1975 I worked for an asphalt company that was running the gravel washer 24/7. 12 hour shifts on the loader. Sometimes at night the fog that thick. Thanks for these videos.
