trued1 is mostly about the culture surrounding the car and transportation culture internationally. With a slight focus on Saab and the rich heritage of that brand, historic and into the future.
Yea it wasn’t stolen. Can tell u for a fact. You can’t Hotwire Saabs. They are near impossible. Someone did a test on a 9-3 pre facelift with someone who knows how to Hotwire cars. An hour later and with most of the centre console dismantled the car remained where it was left.
Oh, wow! That brings back a wealth of memories. I had a 1978 99 Turbo, which was charcoal metallic gray. She only ran about half the time because the previous owner milled the head too far past compliance and it warped, leading to coolant in the combustion chamber. That, along with a bad Garrett AirResearch turbocharger, serious preignition, and really bad brakes made the car a money pit. But she sure was fun when she ran.

Hi, I’m a video producer from an Australian public broadcaster called SBS. I make short videos for our social media platform. facebook.com/SBSAustralia I am producing a video about the story and history of kosläpp, and came across this video of yours. I am wondering if we could use some bits of your video. The footage is so wholesome and heart-warming. Let me know if this is okay. Many thanks, Jee jee.choi@sbs.com.au
