Second time doing this and it’s still super hard!!! Can someone please explain the ladder burpees in the middle? I don’t get it! Is it 2 burpees/ pushups, the 4 each and so on until 10 each? If so, did anyone finish?! I only made it to 8 of each.
Yes you do 2 reps of each ( burpees and then pushups) then laddering up evenly 2,4,6 and so on as high as you can ...Tau set a limit for 10 reps of each but if you can up to 12 or more then go to😄!!
hi team les mills, the songs are forgettable & not relatable. please add on current pop songs or remixes as we all feel there's a disconnect within the songs & moves. i am already stressed out at work as it is, i don't need to add on being stressed and sad whilst dancing to les mills dance. thank you and hope LM team can consider this <3
Looks like an excellent workout. Although i started watching and then came to my senses and said yah ill work up to this level lol. Happy workouts everybody
Except for first coach who was actually a beast, I found the other two coaches very uninspiring. They kept talking and doing the least while camera panned on them too much
I hope they do something special for the 100th. I think it'd be great if they did a poll and made a release out of favourites - my favourite tracks of all time have been the Scooter ones
