Bought one few months ago brand new 23 plate and after 1000 miles I've had to do the rear sprockets rubbers as was a lot of play anyone else had this problem?
Hmm. Plastic fake Vespas, 4 stroke, CVT, about as exciting as watching paint dry. I have a Genuine Stella 2 stroke, 4 speed manual transmission, manual clutch, made out of metal, kick start only. It's a fake Vespa too, but it was made by LML in India with tooling used to make real Vespas.
I'm blown away by the current range of 125's on the market for 2023, and what you actually get for your money. As someone just about to book my CBT I'm really spoiled for choice.
Man, Zontes just arrived here in Brazil, with the R310. We would like your opinion about this brand. Are they durable, do they have engine problems over time? Are the parts in general durable?
I had two of these, you can't knock them for the price and they look like old Vespa's. Don't expect them to last over 30 months though. The indicator switches are poorly made and the exhaust rusts within a year if used on a daily basis. I bought a Royal Alloy GT after these and had similar issues now I have a Vespa 125 GTS Super, happy days, no problems at all👌
I do like the AJS Highway Star it is a stunning looking bike for a 125, but in my opinion me personally I think it would look even better if it had a V Twin engine instead of a parallel twin cylinder engine, I just think it would look a whole lot better if it were a V Twin.
Hi do you know if you Can you swap out the wheels on the street version with the adventure? I like to have the handguards on the street version. To repair the more advanced systems can any garage repair it or does it need to be sent of to zontes?
How tall are you im looking at posdibly getting 1 but im just over 6ft and have a venom but the seating position is shite for useing the brake and gear shifter as this is basicly an updated version of it i was wondering if the seating position was any better
Hi Jerry , you should fit ok but it maybe worth also looking at something like a sinnis terrain or a Reiju which are suited for the taller rider . Thanks
If we say that the bike is a 2-stroke, it could have some improvement with a good exhaust pipe, but in the 4-stroke there is no improvement, well only in one thing, in the sound only.
For the doubters. It's an Aprilia engine (licensed from Aprilia and built in the same chinese factory) and the build quality is as good as Yamaha and Honda as is the tech in it i.e. brakes with ABS front and back, gear box, LED lighting, etc. In fact, it rides more comfortable than the Honda. I know, because I just bought the Motobi (the real italian designer/ producer of the bike) for my wife, who rode a CB125R for her bike training, before getting the Motobi. She says it is more comfortable.
@@JDMz Dude. Aprilia is owned by Piaggio. Fact is, the engines are built by the same manufacturer in China who builds the smaller Aprilia engines too. Piaggio or Aprilia, the point is, it's not China quality. It's Italian quality.
