There is nothing like jamming out on this on an 8 track qaudrophonic car stereo in a 1969 Ford Mach 1 cruising down the highway doing 150 mph. Unless you have done it, you dont know what it was like back then...
I use to think supernaut was to slow in this version but as i am listening it feels like its own song and the rythm doesn’t fuckup anyting like it used to
Brings back great memories of my childhood best friends Anthony Carso and R.B .Lietzow who passed away before Dio arrived. I probably listened to this album separately from the 2 of them a thousand times each. R.I.P Tony and Brandon and I will see both of you on the otherside one day.
Studio outtakes and demo are so cool. These pre-final mixdown recordings allow you to hear the performance (sometimes) without the echo, reverb and other effects - very similar to a live performance. I dig it.
No one band can ever top these 4 kickin out killer tunes every time never be anuther sabbith like black sabbith ..../SOLDOURSOLES FAR ROCK ENROLL''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
Yes I'm still watching you stupid SOBs. WTF shit is that. I have to come from outside, just to answer "yes". What a dumb as thing to insert into music.
VIBE, that is what Sabbath had in SPADES. That grooves and massive riffs. Add to that Ozzy’s soaring unmistakable vocals?unreal. People that say Ozzy can’t sing are kidding themselves
You have mistaken me for a kid which I am anything but. You should probably call me Paw Paw….. and how do you tell me those early Sabbath records don’t have vibe?
Il sound e la struttura che poi fu' ripresa e personalizzata nella sfera di Seattle dai Soundgarden: mi riferisco a Wheels of Confusion. Mentre Under The Sun era gia' puro Metallo.
