Hi, We have recently sent shipment to usa, origin product from china. Recently they asking as below mentioned. Antidumping and countervailing duties are additional import duties payable to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in circumstances where a particular commodity has been sold at a price that is less than a fair or competitive market value. If ADD or CVD is not correctly applied at time of import CBP will require it be collected and may impose substantial penalties. In particular, please provide the following information: 1. Clear information regarding the manufacturer of this item and 2. An indication of whether Antidumping and/or Countervailing duty is applicable and, in particular, if you do not believe that ADD/CVD is applicable detailed reasons why this commodity is not covered by above case number(s). Could anyone please help me what should have done next?
