@@alil8270 no one can decide the limit, you can see what is the average rent around the area, but the rental income is solely up to the owner to decide. If u are not happy with the rents price then at least by finding out the average rental around that same area, it should help you to move to another property around that same area within the average rents. At the end it is not your property to begin with. But at least you can move to a better price range of property after knowing how much averagely a rents prices in a particular area
