Enjoyed this very much. I'm currently housebound with ME/CFS (making a photo project about this to help raise awareness) and so - already a fan of Mark's work - it was a treat to see him make work so close to his home and heart.
Ye I see what you are trying to do but there's no creativity in the photos and no single line over thinking things because it's family but ye just same same same
WOW. This entire thing moved me so much for several reasons. Thank you for sharing this video. I seriously feel like my life was just enhanced by watching this short film.
The music has nothing to do with the video, Let him talk please . Its like a music track you hear usually in a small bar next to the pool in one of those resorts in Greece Islands , Or in any 3 stars hotel elevator in Dubai ,,,Come on please .
Almost all pictures that i so in that gentlemen portfolio have a vivid soul. I wish that men joyful and happy live his life as long as he want himself. True inspiring legend.
This is INTIMATELY SPECIAL I enjoy hearing marks thoughts and his daughter sharing and expressing with tears her need and love for her father..... Yet ready to move forward with her own journey. I am also in love with taking a photo and the creative process of getting a print.
Well, I've sampled five of these Magnum 'HOME' productions now, each time hoping to hear what a photographer of particular interest to me had to say. Sadly, in every instance, their words were largely drowned out by music that could hardly have been more inappropriate for the piece in the first place. I very much appreciate these shorts being posted, but you do yourselves, and the photographers, a great disservice when the commentaries are walked all over like this.
Can someone please let me know which book (with a red hard cover) that Trent Parke is browsing from minute 2.27 onwards? And where can I buy it? I'll be very thankfull.
