I was admitted to Cornell University by a major called Human Biology Health and Society. The major was for students who wanted to go into med school after graduation; however, during my time at Cornell, I found my passion and love for cooking. I decided to switch career path after graduation and jumped into the culinary industry. I have worked in various restaurants across the world, and my last restaurant was a three-star Michelin restaurant in San Francisco. I made the channel to share with the community what I have learned in the restaurant and analyze the cooking techniques with my science background.
안녕하세요 아미요님! 일본 다이소에서 작은 무쇠팬을 사서 열심히 아미요님 방법으로 시즈닝해서 사용 하고 있었는데 평소에 일반 수세미로 세척을 했고 얼마지나지않아 시즈닝한 것이 벗겨지는 현상이 나타나가지구요 사용법에서 문제가 있었을까요 아니면 무쇠팬을 좀더 좋은 걸 사용을 해야 시즈닝 한것이 잘 붙어 있을까요?
