When I played season three, I had killed Kenny so I didn't get to see him, that is the most bullshit ending for him to get, season three sucks so hard in every single capacity from not having you play as Clem, to what they just did to Kenny
I know I’m late but I should say in a new front tear there is left over animation for the Sandras flashback the flashback would have consisted of clem cleaning up some books then they play hide and seek but then there’s a scratch at the door Sandra opens it then she gets jumped and gets bitten then the zombie goes for clem but Sandra grabs onto the walkers leg then clem grabs the walkie and runs into the tree house and the flashback ends whith Sandra placing her hand on the door before dying
Season 1 I despise him ( & no I didn't try save Larry I left him for dead ) because he really was about to leave clementine for dead to some crazy kidnapper. Only reason on his side in season 2 is because everyone is terrible or mid

every season 2 character sucked or was really useless, Kenny was the only one with some dept or logic atleast, I hated how near the end the jerks join up with Arvo despite him being the reason 3 people die even if you were nice to him and didnt steal his medicine.
I knew larry was alive. I also didn’t care. Man was an asshole even if you attempted to be nice to him which i dont know why anyone would be nice to him in the first place
I would like to mention, ive done some research, lee's name biblically has the meaning of DIVINE GAURDIANSHIP and shelter....obviously pointing to this...yeah? And a meaning for clementine you can find is "a quality of mercy and forgiveness" Almost like lee is protecting clementine "divinely" like he is a gaurdian angel. And clementine forgives him and gives him mercy. Leading to his redemption. If clementine wanted too she couldve killed lee with a hammer, but she didnt. infact, i think the fact clementines name meaning mercy and the whole games plot is around lee fighting for her, it could be like him fighting for forgiveness the whole time.
if we think about it no character from season 2 was memorable and kenny has the benefit of being a returning character and has the best characterisation when compared to the rest of the season 2 characters there are no good season 2 characters that have the same memorable impact like kenny and lee because of that everyone wants to latch on to kenny and confuses him with being a good friend/ dad figure for clem but hes far from if you pay attention to his character think back season 1 you have to kiss his ass the whole game for him to like you if you dont help him kill larry he leaves u to die in the drug store he doesnt take no for a answer and is hostile towards lee and clementine if you dont side and agree with him at every turn if kenny was a real life person he would be emotionally abusive to clem at best and a danger to clem at worst
No characters from s1, 2, 3 or 4 have the same impact as Kenny, Lee and Clementine tbh. The s2 characters are on par with s1's for the most part unlike s3 and 4 which had characters that lacked any depth and were completely forgettable.
@@sycaccino8533 the only memorable characters that had potential from season 2 i would say is pete and luke the rest were fodder and pete was killed off early when he could have benefitted the story also luke jane was terrible and at least in season 1 everyone knew clem was a kid but in s2 everyone treats her as an adult i guess they had to make it playable somehow but it made for a unrealistic story
@klapzzo9024 People always say they treat her as an adult, which isn't true. They know she is a kid, but they also know she is very capable and willing to help out. Most of the tasks she does are menial while some important ones are done by her due to her being small. The wind turbine is the only exception and tbf she had a lighter to see. All the characters were interesting and had potential, Nick was the only one who was robbed of it. Most of the charecters in s1 and 2 are literally just their to die. However, each death has an impact on the other characters moving forward. Luke and Jane were both really well done characters and them having unlikeable traits doesn't make them bad. Luke's death wasn't my favourite but it did serve narrative purpose of breaking up the group an Jane was a perfect foil for Kenny's character. Idk how they would have even done Luke vs Kenny tbh.
I think Christa's Disappearance in season 2 highlights a really specific dread in the zombie invasion: that you could live with somebody for years, then get separated once and never see them again or get any kind of conclusion. I think that's what they were going for, since they seem to highlight that you'll never know what happened, not just trying to forget her character.
I hated the season 2 group.(spoilers)Not only the over reliance on a little girl, but they destroyed Kenny's happy life, killed his friend, got the other killed, got him and his wife kidnapped which lead to him losing an eye, got his wife killed, treated him like a creep for taking care of an orphan, too the side over a kid how got them shot at that ended up shooting clem, protecting to kill the baby just to purposely push him over the edge...like f××k that group
I DID not know that Doug was based off of a real dude!!!!!! His character trait felt so unique compared to everyone else, he seemed so chill about the apocalypse and yet is the ultimate geek and can make hl2 Ravenholm style contraptions I legit wish he survived beyond episode 3, even if it was for a day. 😢
Ben was the main villain of season 1 yeah he didn't want this but he killed half of group because he is a coward and dumb and also not responsible for his actions
Kenny is the best character for so many reasons. He's a side character that makes such a massive impact on the story that he is not only necessary to the progression of Season 1's narrative and it's variety of choices, but VITAL for Season 2 as he creates almost all of the internal conflict within the group.
I feel like they should make a game where you play as kenny it takes place during the time after kenny was cornered in that alleyway in episode five of season one and it would shown what happend during the time before season 2
I think making a live action version of the telltale game would be the most beneficial thing, there are so many people who have played the games that haven’t watched the show.
If they would have went with their original storyline of Kenny being the main antagonist and the second season, I don't think this game would have done as well because Kenny became a favorite character of many people, including myself. I honestly wish he made it a little longer in the series. If he would have became the man antagonist that wouldn't have made sense to how his character was framed in the first season. Yeah he was an asshole but he was also a good person. Or at least he tried to be. And he cared about Clementine so there's no way he would try and kill her in the second season. The way it played out is a lot better than what it was supposed to be. Thanks for the info lol
