When we started pursuing FIRE, the movement was relatively small and not many people knew about it. But through our Channel, we’re hoping more people learn about FIRE! In our videos we share ways to make money, save money, and invest money - to inspire you to pursue financial independence.

The stock may be at risk for a crash, like you said, but I feel like the economy is in the verge of recovery. I mean, with the inflation figures that have been released recently, it's an upward trend. I know someone whose portfolio is up 15% since last month on $64k investment, so I'm seeking recommendations myself instead of being pessimistic.

I'm so interested in knowing more about the financial logistics of raising children/having a family while planning for FIRE. when I try to research it, most things I read say you should add a certain amount to your FIRE number per child, but I'm curious to know how you guys approached it?
I read that Nvidia provides tech for crypto mining services/blockchain transactions. Could the current crypto pump be attributed to Nvidia’s great earnings and should I hold some crypto as well, cos tbh I’m having FOMO with the current crypto price at 64k.

I’m of the opinion that the aspiration is Financial Independence and work in a profession not because you have to but because you enjoy what you do. Retiring “early” in my 50’s would be early enough.
I have 110 shares of NVDA and 350 shares NVDY. Wish I would have jumped in when you guys did. My goal is to have 1,000 shares of NVDA by the time they split next time. And 3,000 shares of NVDY.
To more efficiently process/compute "A.I." new network architectures are being derived as well as new classes of microprocessors. I'll admit that I was blindsided by that. GPUs are not the most effective type of Processor for the job any longer, that title belongs to Logic Processing Units (LPUs) and Tensor Processing Units (TPUs) are many orders of magnitude faster, require less power and are etched on 14 nanometer technology which can be done domestically in the USA. There's no need to believe me, go search GROQ and Johnathan Ross. I'm waiting for them to go public. Palantir is doing just fine for me by the way.
You are so positive and it’s so wonderful for me to see an American from California like I am in the Norcal area to inspire me to live in Lisbon. I tried going through the checklist for a visa in Spain, but it was very extensive and as a senior with a pre-existing condition, I’m afraid about how to go through the entire process of getting my non-lucrative visa if I can’t get A global health insurance policy until I can get the Portugal health insurance after the year do you have a good representative here in the bay area that you could recommend that could assist me in obtaining a retiring visa with the Portuguese consulate in San Francisco?
So much truth. There is so much expense to just live in this culture, from local, state and federal tax’s, insurances and permits , not to mention just the basic living costs. I personally can’t wait to get out in one year.
Great video. Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 and first half of this year with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?
This seems like the worst period. Even the market are now very unpredictable. Started investing recently when the market prices were a bit high,today I am more than 60% down!.
Great video as always! Just a quick fyi that it's pronounced en-vidia ("Nvidia" comes from "NV," meaning "next version" and "invidia," which is Latin for "envy").
I bought VTI for $192 and I sold it for $266 and I have 5 shares of those..after I sold it I bought NVIDIA for 6 shares I think..ima load for nvidia shares..big potential
