Currently, AI features are available only for the Windows version. If you are using a Mac, these features have not yet been released for that platform. For Windows users who cannot find the Super Resolution, Frame Interpolation, or Stabilization options in the program interface: Please ensure you have downloaded the software from our official download page: www.videoproc.com/download.htm. If the issue persists, please contact us at sales@videoproc.com for assistance.
Did you mean that you want to compress the video file without losing frame rate? We have a guide that explains all Compression methods in VideoProc: www.videoproc.com/video-converting-software/guide-win/compress.htm If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to contact support@videoproc.com.
1. We can't change to full screen for more comfortable edit. Very annoying. 2. No precision to choose the point in timeline with mouse. The point in timeline when you move left or right the mouse change some seconds ! We want 1 second or less. Yes we have an expensive high precision mouse. It is your fault. Also no keyboard shortcuts ! We will find other better software.
VideoProc Converter is designed for quick edit. For precise editing/cutting (by second/frame), you may try our VideoProc Vlogger. Here's the guide: www.videoproc.com/video-editing-software/guide-free-win/cut-split.htm
1) The surprising thing is that it supports my uberbad GPU (AMD Radeon R5 240). I thought it must be some bug or something that software uses it for anything, but it does, according to SysInformer task manager. I'm not sure, tho, if it makes things faster or slower. 2) I wish it would have some rolling shutter compensation, like DeShaker for VirtualDub, because now some videos looks like gelato. Sadly even mid range DSLRs like my Canon 7D uses rolling shutter. 3) For a test video I used H265 in Matroska container without audio track (latter makes some software confused) and with quite quirky x265 settings with custom, non-typical resolution. No problems with it, nice! Does it have own codes or maybe it utilizes VfW interface? Overall without enough experience with other software, this one seems good enough for simple tasks. Rather fast, good compatibility. I did a honest review on alternative(dot)to (pending atm).
Thank you for your feedback. :) We have received your rolling shutter compensation feature request and have reported it to our develop team. We will take this into consideration in future upgrades. For your third question, VideoProc Converter AI uses its own proprietary codecs rather than relying on VfW interface. Should you have any other thoughts, please feel free to let us know.
Can I do insta 360videos on this program? I have been playing around with the free trial but dont want to purchase if I cant get my 360 videos for proper export. please advise
Sorry, it doesn't support exporting to 360 video. Here you can find the tech specs: www.videoproc.com/video-converting-software/guide-win/tech-specs.htm
I will be very happy if you add these Ai features in the future and i will have it the tool forever: face swap video & image generate video & image & music remove objects deblur feature for image & video
How long does it take to upscale a 2-hour HD or FHD video to 4K 60 FPS with CPU configuration AMD ryzen 3700x 8 core 16 threads and VGA RTX 4070 ti super 16gb?
The processing time depends on several factors, including the resolution of the original video, the desired quality settings, and the hardware specifications of your system, and AI video upscaling takes far more time than regular video editing. Given your hardware configuration, upscaling a 2-hour HD or FHD video to 4K 60 FPS could potentially take several hours, possibly ranging from 3 to 6 hours or more.
I had the preview version of VideoProc Converter and it worked so awesome. I don't have a powerful PC but I was doing magic with this product, until I made the terrible mistake on upgrading the VideoProc Converter to the version VideoProc Converter AI. And why is that a mistake, well because I don't have a powerful PC or more accurate a pc with the latest components, now all my editing takes forever to finish and when I change the format of video all the fps of the new video seems to go slow and that didn't happen when i had the old version. So I bought another software that doesn't have any of the annoying AI, I know that companies are trying to sell by putting AI in everything that they can think of like coffee maker now with AI, a toaster with AI, AI shower, AI pencils, etc I only wish that I could return to the old version. I know that one disappointed customer is nothing for you guys, but I had to let you know what happen.
Please feel free to contact support@videoproc.com to request the older version link without AI features. Using AI features typically requires more computing resources due to the intensive processing involved. If you opt for the non-AI features, the performance should remain the same for older versions of the software.
you guys are awesome i remember old videoproc and old times winx video converter😘😘 but now its really usefull for my everyday use and thanks for detailed information 💓
Would you please upgrade your GPU driver to the latest version to have a try? If this does not help, please email your settings to support@videoproc.com, our support team will analyze your issue and get back to you.
Since AI video upscaling uses fancy AI tech to create a sharper, clearer picture FRAME by FRAME, it takes far more time than regular video processing. To ensure the AI feature works faster, we have a Fast Mode for video Super Resolution. You may have a try.
Hello. Since you guys don't seem to have a dischord or somewhere I can ask, perhaps someone can answer here. When I upscale a 4 second video I end up with a 3 second video. Am I doing something wrong? What's going on?
@@artvsmachine3703 Would you mind sending us the original video file for testing? You can use the free pCloud for uploading: u.pcloud.com/#page=register&invite=yl1XZFTVbCX and share the download link with support@videoproc.com.
@@VideoProcConverterIt's EVERY video I've tried. I just uploaded 2 files, a before and after that I just created with the same result of the program reducing the video length by 25%. Will share with support. I need coffee.
@@VideoProcConverter OK, I created a new test, and got the same result. I sent the before and after to pCloud, and shared both links with support in an email. Hope that helps. Glad to help you guys troubleshoot. I'm trusting you'll figure it out.
Hi, Why is my CPU usage at 100% while exporting? I am using hardware accelerating and have Nvidia 3060. My GPU is detected so why is it not being used, educate me please.
Would you please upgrade your GPU driver to the latest version to have a try? If it is still not used, please send your software settings and log file to support@videoproc.com, our support team will analyze your issue and get back to you. Why can't I find the A.I tools on the software? I bought the Videoproc Converter but I can't find any of the A.I have tools in it, just the regular video converter, DVD, and recorder
It's true...Stabilization AI results are really terrible and worse than original video. My main subject is still moving all over the frame and the background is wobbly, like it's being blown in the wind.
Is there a way to put multiple 2 steams to merge in a queue, so I don’t have to wait until one merge is finished before I start a completely new merge?
I ran two videos. Both seemed to run all right but both resulted in all black picture with no sound. The files were at the expected size. The runtime was the expected too. I ran one at the 2x and one at enhance video. Both were as said above and both useless.

This is hands down one of the most useful software of all time, Easy UI, Excellent performance, and a grand perpetual licensing structure. Only a handful of companies provide such great benefits at an affordable rate. Excellent job Digiarty team.
AI-based upscaling tools often provide better results by enhancing details and reducing noise. And the processing usually takes longer. Please check whether your GPU driver is up to date. If not, please upgrade to the latest version to have a try. Regarding "some are useless", could you please give more details? Feel free to email support@videoproc.com and our support team will be there to provide assistance.

I would love to purchase this program for editing and conversion purposes, but cannot find a list of video formats that it supports. Is there a list available on the Internet?

I'm currently doing an upscale now on an i9 computer with all SSDs and 32 gig of RAM. I'd like a setting to reduce processing priority which will take longer for the conversion but also keep my machine cooler. Right now it's been about 5 minutes and 13% done so time isn't that important to me. Thank you.
Good job. Just bought it and used it to take a lot of images from a 60 year old 8mm copy. Now to figure out the splitting so I can bite size the family videos, bite sized as they are but are stuck together. Thanks.
I know this isn't a forum but maybe someone can help me nevertheless. Hello, trying out Video Proc on an old 4:3 holiday video. I choose mp4 but only because Target Format doesn't seem to work. I select Target Format but the 'Done' option isn't available no matter what option I choose whether it's General Profiles, General Web Video, General Video, DVD Video, HD Video or TV Video. I'm not sure what the differences are anyway. Also, the 'Done' option doesn't work when I choose Toolbox and select Denoise. I then have to click on 'Cancel' to get back to where I was. When I click on Codec Option (gear symbol) I choose 1280x720 and change the Aspect Ratio to 16:9, keep the frame rate to original (25 fps) and then click on Done and then Run. Once the process is complete I take a look but there is no difference to the original whatsoever. Why? Where am I going wrong?
Regarding the 'Done' option not being available, would you please email some screenshots about this to support@videoproc.com? Our support team will analyze your issue and get back to you. For the Resolution and Aspect issue, please deselect the Auto Copy option in the lower right corner of the software to have a try. If this does not help, please also send screenshots of your settings to support@videoproc.com.
Windows got rid of it 😢 I tried downloading a movie maker app that I thought was windows video editor but it was a free thing only useful for people who want a video shorter than 5 minutes.
I was using the software for a certain file output. Now I would like to use it for a different size. The general setting will not let me change anything. I don't see a way to undo this in the general setup. For those larger videos it has worked very well.
