If you are interested, here are a few solo tracks (Glitch Horizon) that I just published in the past week. No promotion, just throwing them out there for anyone who might stumble on them. ru-vid.com/show-UCTwDcMMvbTmkSuJ9lMyvcBg
@@34muggsy34 Have you checked out the Southeast of Saturn Vol. 2 with Shapeshifter Low Profile released as part of it? thirdmanrecords.bandcamp.com/album/southeast-of-saturn-vol-2
Hello, Are you interested in testing our products? We would like to invite you to test the Front Windshield for your Polaris Ranger Midsize 570( if your car year is 2015-2021)
Did you have to add anything by the bags or did the quick release bracket attach to sock equipment? Just got mine and want to make sure I do t have to buy anything extra to put it on the bike
If you used the Advanblack quick release bracket you may need to take off the plastic bushings on the Indian saddle bag mounting posts unless they changed that. The Indian bracket required me to pick up some extra bolts from a hardware store to mount the trunk to the bracket as described in the video. Good luck!
Awesome trip. Beautiful footage, looks like you had a great time. Caught some nice fish too! Im thinking of doing a solo trip to Big Moose. I've never been on that lake before, or done a solo. What dates was this? Water levels appear to be pretty good on Moose river, and at the time only had a couple beaver dams to cross over? I dont use my phone on BWCA trips outside of taking a few pictures, and more often than not there is not service. Which is fine, I wouldn't want to use my phone regardless- sorta defeats the purpose of being out in Gods country. But as im considering doing a trip alone having some possibility of service could be positive if there would be some sort of situation i'd need to reach someone. But I'm not counting on having any. Did either of you bring along a phone and if so did you ever note there was available service, and what cell phone providers do you have? As for fishing, do you have any spots you have some better success than others? What times of day did you see the most action, what lure/ bait setups did you use for bass/ walleye? Nice to hear there was some at least some activity from the site you were at. As fishing in a kayak, especially if there is wind could be a bit of a hassle and I might opt to shore line fishing. I mostly just catch and release everything, If i happened to pull up some bass or a walleye I'd consider keeping it for a little shore lunch, protein boost. But I like to release mostly in hopes the fish will provide more fun for others to catch as well assustain the populations. I never count on catching fish to eat and bring enough food. Did you have any pike bite? Thanks for sharing the video! Whatever info you might be willing to share would be appreciated but dont feel obligated to share the fishing secrets. Cheers
Hi @NitroBoarder17! Thanks for the kind complements on the video. This was from 2nd week in August recently. The water levels are great right now. I think you'd find it easy getting in solo. The first portage is 160 rods and is hilly and rocky. The second portage into the lake is short and easy. The first beaver dam has an easy shoot/slide around the right of it. The second one is high enough that you will need to get out and pull your boat over, but it's pretty easy. Hit the big one in the middle and you will be good to go. I have Verizon and had poor and intermittent data, but I was able to send text messages without image attachments. It was nice to at least get the weather on my phone once a day. I didn't try calling to see if voice worked. The bass were anywhere from 3 feet to around 12 feet depth. Walleyes were in 12 feet and deeper. The water was very warm. A night crawler on a jig under a slip-bobbler was effective. Find the side of the lake that's had the wind pushing bait fish and you'll probably find the fish. The bass were spitting up small cisco like fish, so I bet minnows would have worked great, but I've never tried portaging in minnows. I bet a small silver and black shad rap would work and be similar to what they were feeding on, but didn't have one with. I didn't catch any pike, but didn't target them with any crank baits or spinners. Good luck and have a great trip if you go in!
Hows this trunk holding up? Have you ridden with your wife for any distance? I'm considering it for my '22 Chieftain. The Indian tour pack is upwards of $4000. I'd like it if the comfort was great for my wife.
Hi Joe, the trunk is holding up really well. I can't give you feedback on the passenger comfort for long distances since my wife rarely rides with me. I'd still recommend it though for durability, looks, and function.
@@PHEnterprises Thanks for that. I was looking at the Indian tour pack.. but every little piece is sold separately and by the time you get everything you need it ends up being around $4000. Its crazy. The Advanblack trunk is like $1300 all in.
Hi Paul, I read you had the dealer install the handlebars. Did you had to purchase longer cables for them to do the install, or is brake and clutch cable long enough ? Also was there anything else you had to purchase besides the handlebars for them to complete the install ?
Hi Ryan, I don't recall if they billed me for new cables on that work. It was three years ago and I may not have the invoice anymore. I would not be surprised if longer cables were needed though, especially for the clutch, but I can't verify.
I just got the King tour pack for my '18 CDH. Looks awesome on my ride. Paint was right on factory and Advanblack was super fast in sending it to me. I was highly impressed I got it so quick in this day and age. Also got the liners. Awesome quality there too

@@PHEnterprises I have a 2018 Roadmaster do you think would work if I replace My speakers from front fairing and trunk with 5 1/4 and add Also 6 1/2 in My saddlebag? So 3 pairs…. What do you think?
@@wellfit9470 pre-2019 have different part numbers than the link I provided above. The speakers may not have the amplifiers integrated on them so I'd check on the Indian website accessories list and put in your model year to see what is available. Let me know what you find.
Any word from them on the release of the mount? Later this year is rolling out of here quickly. It looks great and if they price close to the Harley one this will knock it out of the park for the Indian riders.
I've really been wanting to do the lid speakers on the Challenger, but man 2k... the Harman Kardon system in a hellcat don't even cost that much, and it's got 18 speaker surround with 2 10-inch subs...
Looks a lot like my dog. She’s half chihuahua and half something unknown. I assume dad was a border collie or a Boston terrier because of how she looks. She’s 11, about 20 pounds, never had to go to the vet for injury or illness, she’s smart, and other than being nervous during storms and fireworks is the best dog I’ve know !
Hi Paul. I live in MN as well. I also have a 2019 Chieftain DH in White Smoke. I have been looking for anything that looks better than the Indian brand trunk. I like the low profile look of your first prototype the best. The smaller passenger backrest pad looks best on it as well in my opinion. Im hoping Advanblack will allow mix and match of pads and packs with their new mount. Or I could look into chopping my Indian QR sissy bar and modifying it to accept the Advanblack chopped case.
Hi Mike, I agree that the Indian trunk is a bit bulky and doesn't quite look as good as the lower profile trunks. Hopefully Advanblack gets the full lineup of color matched trunks and mounts out soon.
What size did you get and will it hold two full-faced helmets? I recently purchased a challenger and I'm going to do the same thing but I need to know what box to get
Great video Paul! I came across your channel looking for a tour pack for the Indian Challenger. I too was Harley but am shopping for my Indian Challenger and want to be able to ride it from coast to coast.. I like that this Tour pack opens to the side like my Harley did, unlike the Road Master trunk that opens forward. Add some Custom Dynamic lights and good to GO! I subbed to your channel and look forward to more videos! Thanks Brother! 👍👍✌
So glad you posted this video. I have an Advanblack tour pack on my 2018 Indian chieftain. I bought the flat quick release mount from Indian and done some modifications to make it work. It looks awesome. Looks better than Indians trunk and a lot cheaper at the time.
On my road master you can easily reposition the angle of the antenna. I installed a relocation kit to make ve my tour pack 2 inches further back and adjusting the antenna further back was not an issue. Perhaps Chieftains are different?
@@PHEnterprises my 19 chieftain antenna moves easily back behind turn signals when I have the back rest and luggage rack on so it doesn’t hit the rack.
I was at an Indian dealership yesterday. Looked at the tour pack for Challenger at Gilbert AZ shop. The antenna was hitting the pack and chipped the paint. The salesman had no clue and didn’t even want to address it. You have a very good solution to address that issue. Thanks.
