First farmhouse property: rental shop space and horse paddock/pasture can be done simultaneously. THEN the pond/split level. LOVE LOVE your projects! These rental properties are building upon your family dynamics!!

I'd be doing the shed first, then the horse paddock, and the house last - mainly because it will take the longest and you don't want to wasting time getting the other two going.

Business base, then horse pasture and last, but not least the rental property. Or you could flip the horse to 1st if it would be ready in the spring. You are definitely ambitious! 😊
1. Business rental, it is the closest to being completed = income! Split level House 2nd as it can be done and create income. 3. The pond property as that is starting at ground level with the biggest amount of work. That can be done after you have the incomes from project one and two. Don't get distracted and hop in to two at one time or it will take forever and possibly drain your pocketbook with "unknowns" that could pop up. Good luck and excited to watch the projects!! Wow, lots to keep you busy for sure! I would finish the large garage storage area first. I believe that should be an easy rental because so many people are in business for themselves but as you say, they have outgrown their own spaces, and they don't want to go to the big commercial rentals. I think this is such a great idea for the space! The house and the pasture could be a toss-up. I have no idea how hard or easy it is for people to find land to put their horses on. Is it a big market in your area? There is less work involved in setting that up and you have already started on it, so that might be the way to go.... knock it out and then you will be good to go and work on the house. The house is definitely your biggest and longest project out of the three. I'm guessing just like the crack house; you've got to dig a basement to set the house over. That in itself is quite the undertaking. Whatever you decide to do, I agree that tackling them one at a time and completing them that way, will help you not to feel like you are being pulled in so many directions. So glad to see you back on here again.
So glad to be back getting updates on your projects - always fascinating. My suspicion is that regardless of the order you start out in, unforeseen circumstances down the road might mix things up - but as a viewer, it's all good!!
So how many rentals after everything is done will you have ? I know you are tired, and maybe a little burn out , but I say hang in there , maybe take a small break and then finish the projects while you are still young (or younger), get that income coming in and relax and do the things you want to do. This comes from experience with rental ownership now in our 60’s trying to finish that last rental, Good Luck!

You probably need all your cement work done, before winter. Lol. Idk I would work on the garages first winter is coming, then farm pasture. Another house yeesh next spring lol. I’m tired for you for working on houses. How do you plow a gravel lot? If you can get the garages and horse farm done ASAP, and then do foundation and set the house down before winter, you can work inside the house all winter. How many guys do you have? 😂
We have an excavator company next to our house. It’s noisy. The big rigs are loud. It’s kind of annoying. Hope your residential renters aren’t put out.
