Bit lost with this so what’s the comparison your just saying loads of words. Have u got a real world testing to show renders process and speed! Also u show geek bench scores for something 3/4 of way through is that two airs bit confused!
Don't touch Core Ultra H processors, they come with a "security" policy called Plundervolt, which blocks any attempt of undervolting your CPU either via BIOS or tools like ThrottleStop.
My take is forget the air go with the MacBook Pro & spend a lot more on much needed upgrades In short there is no economical solution in buying a great laptop
Note that the 2024 models of the LOQ have been experiencing motherboard issues with hundreds of cases of the motherboard frying itself. This is a problem with the intel cores, so you may want to spring for one of the 2023 models instead.
Cual me recomiendan, estoy entre la Dell G16 16" Ultra-HD; Intel i9-13900HX, 16GB RAM, 1TB ; RTX 4060 o la Acer Predator Helios Intel i7 13th RTX4050 ; 1TB
For $500 I would not recommend a windows, laptop or any laptop or desktop. I would recommend the Xbox series S. Because you can browse the Internet and do schoolwork and watch RU-vid and play games at 120 fps. Also, you can use a keyboard and mouse and a monitor to make it a $500 gaming set up.
I own 2 Asus Rog Strix scar 17 i9 10980hk/ 32Gb ram, 2tb ssd, 8gb 2080 super and 2 MSI Intel Core i5 9300H - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/4 GB GTX 1650 Max Q) . I'm using them both for past 4 years. I will buy Msi over asus any day. Just because optimation on MSI is amazing. Rog control software is just bad. Fans keep on running like crazy for no reason. Everytime you open it, it will install updates, every fucking time. And yet no bugs get fixed. It have so many unnecessary tabs and conflicting settings and wost of all they got a whole promotional content on et(fucking ads) in a premium product. Rog give best hardware, I looks good on really good on paper but reality disappoints me. It's software optimization makes it slower and annoying over time. MSI ages well and is fun to use. Asus is just frustrating.
It sounds more like 3 commercials than a review or buying guide. It said a lot but I learned nothing (that I can’t just get myself from dell website). Not even a size comparison? Come on!
Anyone else really annoyed that so many manufactures are putting a num tag on their laptops and not centralising the touchpad?.... Looks ugly as hell. Why add a num pad for 0.1% of users who actually use it?......
I'm not as bothered by the numpad, especially when someone like Samsung makes it a slim numpad, but it annoys the s*** out of me that they don't center the f****** mouse pad. 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡🥹🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Yes! I feel like it locks out so many people (including me) out of buying a laptop larger than a 15''. There’s some options ofc like the ROG G14, Thinkpad P1/Z16.. but I’m not paying 4000$ just for a 16'' without a numpad lol I always think they should the numpad as a configurable option. That way the people that actually need it can buy one with numpad
