I know you can pass and even excel it's a bit tiring but nowhere as hard as some people make it to be and everything is manageable but is it good? My other concern is my BABY, how can I ensure I'm being a good parent and excel in physical care and mental stimulation while there is grading at school the only parameter being your baby is not crying excessively that's not going to lead to a successful kid
I’m 27 weeks as a senior now. Last semester on campus. I have my last courses are online. I’m also getting married and moving to another country next year. So much!!! One day at a time.

My son is due for February 2023 which is the main reason I decided to take a semester off to enjoy the newborn phase and adjust to the new life. I am nervous but I know I will do way better by taking the semester off to myself. I have been in college for four years nonstop and I feel that this mental break is well deserved. This time I took time off and I can tell you that taking the time off is so much better. I was able to enjoy more and adapt better. And indeed a mental break from college is well deserved. Everyone is telling me that I need to wait to have a baby until after college. I understand where they are coming from, but it is very important to me that I want to start a family with my husband. Next fall I'll be going into my UNI with an AA Degree already therefore I can stretch out my major throughout 4 years. I really don't want to put my family life on hold just so that I can go to college, because I will be in college for a while. I want to go into medical school to be an Ob Gyn so I will be in school for 8 years. Waiting that whole time for kids just isn't in the cards for me. Both my husband and I will be in college, but I think we will be okay. I have a part time management position that pays me more money then most college students get which I am thankful. My college also has free day care. Thankfully my parents had a college fund for me (around 12,000) that will help my husband and I get on our feet. People just keep telling me its impossible, but I know it is. You just gave me so much hope, because I don't want to choose between my family and my career. thank you.
Hey there! As colleges are test optional this year should I send my 1350 SAT score to the top ones and explain y I couldn't do better if I have genuine personal and circumstantial reasons? Or is it better to not send them? (I'm an international student)?

Maybe if you talk to the professors they are understandable. I only stopped attending classes for ~3 weeks and then I came back to school and my professors were fine with that! good luck <3
I was pregnant & 14 may 2021 my baby was born he was just 6 days old & then he died I qualified 2nd Semester & after my baby I gonna started the 3rd semester but My attendance was soooo reduce due to the death stress of my baby & our clg professors are not taking my pprs alc to very less attendance so Now,I freeze my Semester Is it true or wrong decision? My GPA in 1st & 2nd semester were 3.69 & 3.64

I dont know anything about political science but about having a full time job and doing a PhD I dont think its that possible in the US because a PhD work is more than 40 hours a week but you should talk to your advisor about it. By the way, you get paid to work on your PhD in the US
I’m a college student and new dad.. I know this was a moms perspective but it was very general and broad and helpful for me as well as a dad. Especially being home during the pandemic I feel there is a lot of extra time to balance parenting and school with majority of colleges going online for classes..
