How I killed the start of the show. " We fucked up on earlier " Tony said. LOL, the drum riser was 7 pieces taped together, the 8th piece was missing to make a square. Brad's guitar cut out on the 1st song.. I ran over and fixed it. When I went back behind Collin's drum set to the other side, I stepped on the corner that was missing from the drum riser and took the floor tom and his ride symbol down with me and unplugged Ton's bass rig's power source. I will never forget Ben buying me beers when he didnt have money or a crowd over 15 people in 98 at the Casbah in SD. The guy hopped off the stage at the end of the set and made a beeline for my table where he hung with me for the rest of the evening, buying me beers because he saw my head in the meager crowd never stop banging. What an awesome guy. Rip.
