these people are skilled,so the pottery industry should be shifted back to gujarat,where these labourers get proper housing and good working conditions,the leather workers can be accomodated in up kanpur,while aluminium industry will be viable in the long run in gujarat as al air battery will be available in the auto sector.cloth dying can be shifted to the areas of border with bangladesh,in fact all dying of clothes should be shifted there so that once the bangladeshis are relocated they can be employed in these units.if they dont find employment they wont have reason to stay in the city,at least the migrants from other states will go back on their own rest can be given accomodation and work in the city as house helps and construction workers but with proper living conditions.
