This is beautiful. I have a collection of my grandmother's brooches that I would love to incorporate in my bouquet. They will obviously not have the stems that your brooches have, but I have seen videos where stems have been created with floral wire. Would this method work with your frame?

The best option would be to enlarge the frame of your pin corsage with metallic wire, this increases the area you have to glue the flowers onto. Hope this helps!
