Syracuse is on their way up and has quite a bit of new and returning talent including arguably one of the best QBs in the country but I think it'd take close to a miracle to make the playoffs even with their schedule. They'd have to surpass Clemson, Fla State, NC State, Miami, Lousville, SMU, North Carolina, and VA Tech. Plus, with their schedule they'll have to get an auto-bid by winning the ACC. The ACC is stacked this year and this is still arguably a building year for Syracuse with only a few months for Fran Brown to recruit. Let's just be realistic on expectations... This isn't Syracuse of the 80s and 90s yet, and even further from decades before that... An 8-4 finish would be a very very good season considering. Give Fran Brown time to build the team.
There is no way Arkansas loses to Miss State and then beats Ole Miss! I guess I should be glad these are just computer simulations, because a lot of them are complete bullshit.
Crazy things happen in rivalry games. Sometimes the team that’s 1and 10 can give the team that’s 10 and 1 fits or even pull the upset. I see the Gators dropping 4 or 5 games this year in their brutal schedule, but I could see them playing within a score of Georgia. They’ve got plenty of talent on the roster to be close anyway… RTR
