From a Kiwi, I have purchased and installed one of these brackets and am very happy, waiting to test it. Very happy with the service and communication from First Light Fabriacation.
Fantastic I am in Brisbane. Was this bow rail fabricated in one piece or did you cut and sleeve it ? if cut and sleeve it can this be done in 1 day as I have a stadjicraft fishing/ ski boat.
Great looking product and very clean install! Minor critique for future videos: It’s hard to hear what he’s saying sometimes with the music so loud Keep em coming 👍🏻
Hey what's up! It says you have 7 in stock but I'm not being able to add it to my cart. There's no way to select the item. Can you help me? I'd love one
Excessive silicone...all that is needed is a small amount around the screw holes. Curious why you would use a wood spade bit for this vs a proper hole saw.
great lookin piece of kit. good job man. might consider a secondary mount with a rubber strap to hold the shaft still under way, that thing looks like it will feel every wave as it stands, but man would it be nice to have this
So... with 202t, you can pulse in AC as shown... but how do you adjust AC frequency if when you are in pulse mode, the "frequency" setting controls pulse frequency? Do you set up the AC frequency first, with pulse turned off, and then switch pulse on and the machine retains whatever AC frequency it was last adjusted to, or what?
@@firstlightfabrication Yup I thought so. I doesn't seem like it but hose stabicraft bows sit up pretty high on the water. Do you think a 24v 80lb would be enough for a 2050? Trying to keep the weight to power ratio on the lighter side. Thanks!
Would you guys sell this mount for the 2250, but not installed to the boat and ship to the united states? Thats the cleanest non stock mount I have seen.
Thanks mate, I appreciate it. Unfortunately this one was done all free hand. I have no CAD design, I would have to 3D scan this mount and reverse engineer. Can be costly but it can be done.
Thanks mate, see the link below. Those products can be found on our website. If you need the same offset pucks for a Stabicraft let me know. firstlightfabrication.com.au/shop/
looks great , cant decide between minkota set up or helm master with spot lock ,can you tell me complete cost of your set up including lithium batteries with fitting . The thing that worries me with helm master is getting a line wrapped around the prop when engine is running in spot lock mode . cheers graeme
Hi Graeme, I've had a lot of customers end up installing an electric motor even after having helm master fitted. Other things to think about are, hr run time on your outboard (resale price affected), noise from outboard, constant in and out of gear forward/reverse (more ware on your outboard). If you would like a quote please email us. Thanks
I have 6m haines signature with 24 volt lithium 100ah set up , I would not change a thing , I been in a boat with helm master would not have it, no conparision. motors running all the time , in and out of gear to keep you on the spot virbration and noise. minkota 24v not a noise dead quite .
