I think nursing homes should hire you to do workshops with their Alzheimer unit staff. I'm sure it would help them to be more compassionate if they were aware of how the residence think. I can remember working in a nursing home years ago. I heard some residents yelling & resisting at bath time and it could've simply been the wrong person giving the bath.
