This is God's channel, not mine, by His grace I will be mostly sharing primitive and handmade archery equipment, bow hunting, muzzle loading, wood carving, blacksmithing, and other old time crafts. I want to use these crafts to illustrate spiritual lessons incorporating scripture as much as possible. I believe that the Bible is God's inspired word and that His Son Jesus is the only way to eternal life. This is not meant to be so much a "how to" series but I will try to pass on any tips or tricks that I come across. To God be the glory!
It was in the woods when the voice of God spoke to me twice it happened while in my stand his message to me was 3 words lead my people it really happened I was really scared the first time it happened second time was a peace i have never felt i spoke out loud to him yes lord i replied lead my people this is the truth
What a channel! I will be following your work. May I ask which region of the states you are in? And which hardwoods you tend to find? I live in Georgia, and most of my woodworking has been primitive instruments. But I've always been a bit frustrated with the hardwood selection down here.
@bloozwalrus8859 Thank you, Praise the Lord! I live in Wisconsin, and have alot of Oak, Hickory, Elm, Ash, Maple, and Ironwood available. I see! Have you tried bow making? What species do you have in your area?? Thanks for your encouragement!
The shepard did not birth the sheep. The sheep gave life to the lamb. The sheep and lambs are Mama and baba. Mama is Wawa . Baba becomes Papa, the PAternal seed that is straight. Not Man in the begining of Mama's name, the MAternal seed that is gey. He is the goat leading lambs and sheep to slaughter , to feed his father. Goats eat everything
Great to see you Man. Looks like some really cool bows and potential bows leaning against that wall. Anything you post will be great. Any tips on primitive hunting techniques would be super beneficial. Just make sure you try to have fun! 😃 God bless Ben
@TheTribeOfBenjamin Thanks, brother! Our Archery season opens next weekend, so I'm getting pretty pumped. I will try to throw some primitive hunting tips into some videos this season. Thanks for always being encouraging! God bless!
@SWAGKING_SHORTS Hello! I know some about them, but not alot outside of the book of Acts in the Bible. What in particular are you interested in learning about?
@@primitivepreacher8964 I see , well I saw that you had some wisdom in what you said about the sheep and as someone who is trying to follow Christ myself i have came to the truth faith of Christianity and if you a willing at least hear what I believe
@SWAGKING_SHORTS If you have come to faith in Christ, then I rejoice with you! I am always willing to listen, and I would love to hear whatever you would like to share that has to do with following Christ.
A man holding a gun talking to a camera about God. Is this Wisconsin or Afghanistan?😉 Jokes aside, great video, love the respect you show for the game and I love to see a smoothbore doing its work.
@arfyego0682 :) Thank you! It is a blessing to pursue these beautiful animals with the old smoke pole! Certainly respect and thankfulness should be a hallmark for hunters. My desire is to see God get the credit He deserves for His amazing creation! God bless my friend!
Ouch! Been there; done that with an osage self bow I made. Was not yet using stone tips...but just getting that experience was better than killing him any other way. You'll get him.
@ssrhythm6923 Thankyou! Yeah, it's a bummer but I definitely agree that just having that experience is worth hunting with Primitive archery tackle! Thanks again for the encouragement, God bless!
@michaelgmcauliffe Thank you brother! Awesome! For sure traditional archery is such a blessing, I hope that you are blessed to be able to do it often! If I can be of any help to you in your journey, please reach out! Gjefle83@gmail.com Praise God, He certainly is!! Good bless you!
For a wonky limbed bow that things BadAss 😎👍🔥🏹💯 maybe try to steam and heat bend it straight next time still way cool also a bow form when drying will help tons
@Adamhegemon1 - Hi there! For sure, we probably aren't too far apart! I'm South of LaCrosse. I have used Multi Flora Rose (which is an invasive wild rose), Honeysuckle (which you saw), and several other types of bushes that I'm unsure of their species. Really, anything that grows semi straight and that snaps back straight after being bent will make a suitable arrow. I would encourage you to just take a walk through your local woods and look for straight shoots. I'm sure you will find some that will make good arrows! If i can be of any help, feel free to reach out, gjefle83@gmail.com God bless!
I sadly find myself in a difficult position in a remote small village where the local churches are sadly in disobedience of the Bible (woke ecumenical ) I am unable to travel for my disability I am left with this platform to virtually attend a Christ centered church
@sambo170a I am sorry to hear that, my friend! I should have made it clear that I know there are extreme circumstances out there (like yours), where there isn't the opportunity for fellowship in person. I pray that God will raise up more believers in your area so that you may have fellowship. Watch some of Dwaynes teaching if you get a chance over @Tack room Bible Talk here on RU-vid. He is in a similar circumstance to you, and has some wonderful teaching from the Scriptures. God bless, and please feel free to reach out to me at any time! Gjefle83@gmail.com
@@primitivepreacher8964 Thank you for your kind words, I have visited Dwayne's channel and subscribed for it is very interesting and uplifting I follow on RU-vid Waooh Baptist Church based in Georgia at times I get emotional by see how often people confess Jesus as saviour and get baptised, when here we have to be silent so nobody gets offended
@coalsofthealter Praise God brother! Yes, we certainly do need one another. God's church is such a beautiful and incredible body! So thankful to have fellowship and accountability... God bless you!
I just searched up ironwood bow on youtube out of curiosity, not expecting to find such an amazing and meaningful commentary on the trials of being a Christian... As a Christian who has just received Jesus very recently this video comes to me as a sign from the Lord to deepen my faith... amen ☦ love the flintlock hunting bit at the beginning too! awesome
@terminus_the_infernal8958 Praise God! I am glad that it was a blessing to you! If I can ever be of help to you in your walk with Christ, please let. me know! God bless! Jesse Gjefle83@gmail.com
I can appreciate a person who want's to make and use their own equiptment. Most of my life I was a silly person,....letting all the deer walk by,... looking for horn's. Now it's only about meat.
I thoroughly enjoyed this video! It's refreshing to hear another Christian talk about the trials we go through and the peace we can have in God during those hardships! You and your family will be in my prayers!
@SummerBlue2011 Absolutely, 2 Timothy 3:13 "But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived." Only Jesus is the Good Shepherd! Thanks for watching, God bless!
Amen, brother, there is no one like Jesus. Thank you for the encouragement! 1 John 3:23 "And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment." ❤️
