Love all the old stuff on Scotland and govern etc etc Etc etc etc really great to see the people the cars and everything else in between Takes ya back to a time you know and remember!! Please people with videos like this put them on for us all to enjoy!! God bless all the people who have since passed away and still have family living around here!!!! Very well worth watching brings back all the good memories and the bad memories!!

Born and bred in Govan. I was going to go back to Govan and visit my old haunts last year (Even planned a wee holiday around it) But since it is now 25/01/2021... We are still in good ole lockdown so obviously, that was made not possible... All I can hope for is that I can (maybe) go back and visit at some point this year... But these lovely old photos are a fine distraction. I know you uploaded this video (6) years ago... But hey! Thanks anyway. (It's not as long as it says) And Sunny Govan... I shall see you again soon.
I grew up there in the 50s born in Plantation St before moving to OZ there are some pics on the net and a video on here just as they where knocking the place down hope this helps.
