I have motion sickness at times even though I have been a passenger in someone's car all of my life. Sometimes I try to anticipate certain turns that the driver makes when driving before they happen. When I go down hills and see them ahead on the road I hold my breath during the decents. I don't know if in Kenya stores sell an over-the-counter medicine called Dramamine. That is something some Americans tske to stop their motion sickness. If that doesn't exist there, if you all have the soft drink Ginger Ale, you can try sipping on it while in the car. Ginger Ale is good for stopping upset stomach.

@@dianafrazier2830 we don't we just harvest for then cooking...for the season it's dry but due to climate change it's cold now..for the mango we have a lot of mango trees in January they are usually ripe in the future video you will see

Well she is used to cooking..but it was tiring because l had to delay her as l record...the cats yeah they are okay...they play outside in the backyard

Looks wonderful. I bet your Mom is a great cook. At first I thought it looked like tortillas but actually they look like what we call flat bread. Used for sandwiches, with Greek food or to tear apart and have with stew or soup. Unfortunately, unlike your Mom, I have to buy mine. Have a great day. 😻😁😻
