Guess the ranches have been pasted down so much until this generation can't maintain them because of inflationary cost of everything they need,grazing isn't the same the price to feed the cattle has gone up,equipment cost has gone up so it's a struggle to maintain a medium size ranch unless you're rich or wealthy
minute 1:10 looks exactly like the winter North Atlantic from the deck of Coast Guard ships I served on!!! but yes, beautiful rolling prarie... the only caviat / issue is that the way the eco-terrorist govt is treating farmers and cattlemen these days... So few trees that winter wind has got to go right through your bones... A very nice pretty place to visit, but think I will stay in coastal San Diego :)>
