Can you add a field to get more information from the visitor in the survey? Link you ask multiple choice questions then ask for their phone number or address? And will this new information be added to their contact info?
thank you I was trying this step by step but apparently i cant use my free email for the newsletter : Got this message and couldn't move forward :(. With Google and Yahoo's new policies, emails sent from a free email address are likely to end up in the spam box and hurt your business. It's highly recommended to send emails from your own custom domain. (the annoying part is that they don't highly recommend they make it an obligation
If you create a membership where they pay monthly, can it be set up where they get content each week such as a pdf? Also if they cancel then they no longer receive or have access to the membership?
Hey @CreateWithJay, yes you are correct, in your membership you can choose to 'drip' out the content each week :) And also yes, if they're paying monthly and they stop paying, then they lose access to the membership area.
Im looking at your email deliverability product. But i already know how to set up all the records for good domain name reputation. Do you have any proof or stats or testing you've done showing emails going to spam or not getting opened and then getting into the inbox and opened? All these autoresponders say they have good deliverability but when i test them they dont. Have you tested SIO and found your emails are not going to spam or promotions?
Hey Anthony, setting up the records is just one of 25 steps I outline in my ebook to improve deliverability, then in the next chapter I go into more techniques to improve open rates. I haven’t got any stats of testing to show ‘before and after’ emails going to spam and then the inbox after making changes since it was quite a while ago when I was struggling with deliverability. At that time I didn’t have the idea to create an ebook on this topic, otherwise it would have been a good idea to document some tests. Since I’ve now significantly improved my inboxing and people ask me about deliverability, I decided to put what I learned into an ebook. Yes I agree, all autoresponders will tell you their deliverability is excellent, but that certainly doesn’t seem to be the case. I was using MailVio and had shockingly bad deliverability, with most of my emails going to spam or not being delivered at all. To be fair to MailVio though, at that time I also did not know about email warming, sender reputation, spam trigger words, or that sending cut/paste email swipes from vendors without editing them can potentially cause issues, as well as other things like how you use images, links, punctuation, etc can all potentially effect where your emails end up. I did also try Aweber at that time and got much better results, but I know it wasn’t all down to the ESP. I got quite frustrated with this, so I did a lot of research and made quite a few changes. Since then, my email deliverability and open rate has improved considerably. Regarding the ‘promotions’ folder, I don’t think it’s possible to 100% always avoid it every time if you do send promotional emails since the email filters scan specifically for promotional type words and phrases, as well as how the overall email has been written, the formatting you use in your emails, etc. That said, You can certainly increase the number of your promo emails that will get delivered to the inbox instead of the promotions folder by writing your emails in a certain way, how you format your emails, etc. When I send my emails I also send them to a few test accounts so I can see where they’re landing my emails are loading in the inbox almost every time, with the very occasional email landing in the promotions folder, and never in spam in these accounts. And of course, I keep an eye on my open rates to make sure they’re not dropping too low. All that said, if you’re having deliverability issues then I would be very surprised if you didn't see improvements after implementing what I recommend in my ebook. I also offer a 365 day money back guarantee on this product too, so if you haven’t seen any improvement after doing all the things I recommend, then you can email me and I’ll refund you. I don’t want to keep your money if I haven’t been able to help you. Hope that helps :)
Hey @anthonyrude, yeah if you're promoting an affiliate product that is not related to SIO, for example, it's a ClickBank product, then although you can send traffic to that affiliate offer via your SIO landing page or funnel, your SIO account will not have any way of knowing if the visitor actually made the purchase since the transaction will happen on the sales page controlled by the CB merchant. Unfortunately, this will be the same case regardless of whether you're using SIO, ClickFunnels, Kartra, etc.
Hey @themusicfactorylabel, you don't need to create a new password for each alias. Essentially, all the aliases you set up will be associated with the one Gmail account. You'll be able to send and receive email as any of the email aliases you set up, but all from the same Gmail account. Can you confirm you're trying to set this up in a Google Workspace account, not a standard Gmail account?
Hi! I was able to verify my custom domain and verify my custom email but my email domain will not verify it still says pending. Do you have any solution for that?
Hey @christinaclemons6043, thanks for your comment. If you've verified your custom email then you should be good to go..? Do you mean the status still says 'pending'? If so, I recommend to re-watch the video and double check you've copied the CNAME records exactly. If you're still having issues then I recommend to reach out to SIO support. Let me know how it goes!
I have custom domain and professional email. Still my emails go in promotions/spam tab. I have 6 emails in a campaign and all of that I got from the CB affiliate page of the seller. Any solution for it?
Hi @RhymeLavish, yeah there are a number of reasons why your emails might be going to either the spam or the promotions folder, which can include things like your Sender reputation, the way you have your email set up, the mailbox you're sending from, the words you use in your emails, etc. I also don't recommend you send the email swipes from the CB product owner 'as is' since lots of other affiliates will also be doing that too. You're best off editing them quite a bit first so they're not the same as what everyone else is sending. I recommend you check out my ebook guide on 'How to 3X Your Email Open Rate and Avoid The Spam Folder'. In this guide I cover everything you need to know to fix deliverability issues and and improve email engagement. You can check out my ebook here www.openratemastery.com/
Nice video. Voice was little bit unbalanced. Left ear voice was clear but very little voice in right ear. Just the feedback to help you grow. My question is: I am promoting a product and I have the email sequence set up. Now lets say if a person buys a product right after entering their email or let say after receiving my 2nd email. How can I figure out which lead actually bought the product and how can I stop sending them other promotional emails. PS: I am promoting clickbank product by running ad and getting leads and redirecting to sales landing page. Thanks in advance.
Hey @RhymeLavish, thanks for your feedback on the video, I appreciate it! Yes, unfortunately several of my older videos had bad sound, but I believe I have resolved this issue now. The sound on my more recent videos is much better :) That said, please do let me know if you notice any issues on any of my more recent videos if you watch them. Thanks! Regarding your question: Yeah I know what you mean. Unfortunately, this is not easy (and sometimes not possible) if you are promoting affiliate products. If you own the product then you can set up an automation to remove purchasers from the automation and put them into another sequence if they buy the product. You can do this because your SIO account will know if someone purchases and which product they bought. You can then set up the automation using 'workflows' and 'tags'. However, if you are promoting an affiliate product then SIO has no way of knowing if one of your subscribers purchased the product since your SIO account does not take the payment for the product, ClickBank (in your case) will process the payments (this will be the same story if you are using a different all in one tool like ClickFunnels, Kartra, etc). CB also does not show you the email addresses of the people who purchased your product, so if promoting ClickBank products then this will not be possible. The only way I know how to do this is if you are promoting a product that also shows you the email address of your customers who purchased. You can then either move them to a different campaign manually upon purchase, or you should also be able to use Zapier to set up an automation for this. Hope this helps, and good luck with your promotions :)
Hey @bernardinho1979, you can build the funnel for the client in your own account, and then share the funnel with them as I show in the video once the funnel is completed. I recommend charging the client at least 50% up front, then 50% upon completion (personally I'd do 60% up front and 40% on completion). Once the funnel is completed you can either make a walk through video for your client showing them the completed funnel, or jump on a Zoom call with them to show them the funnel using screen share. Once they confirm they are happy with it, first ask them to pay the remaining cost for the funnel, and then once you have received all the funds, then share the funnel link with them.
@@entrepreneurnut Thank you for an explanation. Really appreciate it. So if I understand correctly, the client has to sign up with Systeme to be able to use the funnel, right? What about hosting and domain, how is that arranged? Sorry for basic questions, I am newbie so I am just trying to understand the process :).
Hey @bernardinho1979, no worries for the questions, happy to help you out :) Yes your client will need a SIO account. SIO will host their funnel for them once you have transferred it to their account. For the domain, your client will purchase that and they might choose to connect it themselves to their funnel once they've received it from you. Alternatively, you can offer to set it up for them, either charge an additional fee or factor it into the overall price you charge them for the funnel. Either way, the custom domain will need to be connected to the funnel via the clients account, so it will be the last thing you set up once you have transferred the funnel to the clients account. Please remember to only transfer the funnel to the clients account once they have paid you in full because at that point if you transfer the funnel to them before they pay you and they decide not to pay, then there's not much you can do to get your payment. Process: Build the funnel in your SIO account >> show client the funnel via Zoom call >> collect payment from the client >> transfer the funnel to the client >> login to your client's SIO account to set up their custom domain for their funnel. You can follow my SIO custom domain tutorial here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-MpswVNI6gdk.html
@@entrepreneurnut thank you for such a detailed response. One last question... After all is done, may I delete the funnel/website client already took over or it's better to keep it in case of unforeseen circumstances?
Yes you can delete it from your account after you have transferred it to your client. It is up to you if you prefer to keep it in case of unforseen circumstances. If you decide to delete, then you can let your client know that you will no longer have a copy of their funnel once they have taken over the funnel and agreed that your work is completed. That said, another good reason to keep the funnel in your account is because if in the future you get another client who wants a similar funnel, then you can make a copy of this funnel in your account and then use it as a template and switch out the elements that are not needed for client no2, ad client no2 branding, logo, content, etc. This way it will be much quicker for you to build new similar funnels for other clients. Hope that helps.
Thanks for the feedback, yeah I've been trying to improve my sound for a while. This video is an old one, my more recent videos have much better sound :)
So i just uploaded a video on systeme io and the video has the mute icon so if someone click the icon then video sound will be on which i don't want i want if someone laded on my page they don't have to click on the mute icon to play the sound i asked systeme support they said you have to use embed code but we're not the code expert so we can't help you with that so would you help me with this? Do you have any solution of my problem if possible?
Hey @riyaa.0608, hmm, I'm very surprised SIO support didn't give you the code. Personally, I would reach out to them again. You may have previously got through to a new/inexperienced support person. I believe SIO support should be able to give you the code, so if they say the same thing again then ask the support staff to ask their tech team for the code.
Hey @riyaa.0608, hmm, that is a shame. I don't know the answer you need, but I will look into it. If I figure out the correct code then i will let you know here in the comments.
The problem is the payment gateways are limited by regions in some parts of the world. Personal PayPal is not available. credit card payment is not available only through stripe which is also not available worldwide. affiliate commissions are paid into a personal bank account, if they pay all income into the bank account, would be great.
Hey @architecturalheritage, ah that's a shame, I didn't know some countries have these restrictions. Which country are you in? SIO affiliate commissions are also payable to PayPal. Cheers
Nice video 👍🏻 Can I ask with regards to getting a Domain & Hosting with the link you provided (ChemiCloud) does the Starter plan include a free email address with it? All help greatly appreciated 👍🏻
Hey @chriscorrigan4935, thanks, glad you liked the video! Re a free email address with ChemiCloud, yes I believe so, but I recommend contacting ChemiCloud support first to check because it might depend on which hosting plan you choose 👍
Hey @infiniteSuccessAcademy, thanks for your feedback, it's much appreciated! I've tested several of my videos. Yes, you're right, the audio is louder on the left than right in this video and also on a few of my older videos too. Fortunately, it doesn't seem to be happening on my more recent videos. I changed my mic a few months ago which seems to have solved the issue. That said, if you do watch any of my newer videos (since April 24) and you're still having issues then please let me know and I'll look into it. Cheers!
Hey @BMFRecords, Designrr is not free, but that have a $27 one-time payment for lifetime deal on the Standard plan. The link for that deal is in the description of my video. Hope that helps.
Dude you are awesome. This video may have just saved my life. I hope and pray I am able to understand this correctly and follow your steps. Thank you Thank you. Roger

Hey @LouisCastellani, yes you can do this. You first select WordGenie and then follow the prompts for niche >> topic >> title >> then WordGenie will create an outline, and at this step you can either edit the outline or delete it completely and replace it with your own from ChatGPT :)
Hey @mrssjyothisathieskumar5943, that's strange, you should get access immediately when you sign up. Check your spam folder to see if you have an email in there form Designrr. Otherwise, reach out to Designrr.io to let them know what email address you used to sign up with. They'll then be able to see you in their system and give you access.
Hey @tjsg2011, thanks for reaching out! Hmm, that's strange, I've not heard of that issue. Before... Where exactly in the funnel is the info showing up, and what kind of info are you seeing, for example, is the it name, email address, phone no, etc?
@@entrepreneurnut No, the info is showing on the url and the description of the url. Like when I share the url the preview of what the link is the guy's information.
If it's the URL path, then you can edit this in the back end of your funnel. Go to Funnels >> select your funnel, then under 'step configuration' you'll see the name of the funnel and under that, the URL path, which you can edit.
hey man, your videos are really helpful! i just have a problem with audio of your voice being only in my left ear since im using headphones and dont have speakers...
Hey @DJFusion16, thanks your your feedback, glad you're finding my videos helpful :) Thanks for letting me know about the audio. I just tested several of my videos on my end with headphones and I can head the audio coming from both the left and the right side of my headphones, so it looks like the issue is probably with your headphones. Can you please try with another set of headphones and let me know if you still have the same issue or not?
Hey, how can I add a popup to the button on my landing page made with WordPress? I want the popup to only open when someone clicks on the button. Can you please help me with this?
Hey, unfortunately a WP button won't be able to open a SIO popup. However, the best workaround would be to use Elementor to build your button and popup.
Super videos!!! Thank you can you make an episode describing how to add the landing page on the video. maybe its done automatically when you create an ad, if not, would be great to know
Hey @flexingwithraul, the max file upload size is 2GB. I recommend splitting your video into 2 and then uploading, or host that video on a platform like YT, Vimeo or Wistia.
Hi @chilhamptontrails3100, when you purchase Designrr (either the $27 lifetime deal) or the Premium version of Designrr then you automatically get WordGenie with it, but you don't have to use it, you can just use Designrr and import your own content form a Google doc or Word doc, or transcribe blog posts into ebooks, etc. If you purchase the $27 LTD then you get 100,000 WordGenie credits, which would give you enough to write 4-5 ebooks using WordGenie. If you purchase Designrr premium then it comes with 600,000 WordGenie credits. Hope that helps!
If i buy canva 1 month subscription then if i use murf. Ai voice can i get unlimited voice?? Or should i buy murf. Ai subscription also. Kindly tell im confused
Hey @ImRohit19, if you want to use unlimited voices in Murf then you need to purchase a Murf account. You can then use them with both the free or the paid Canva account. Hope that helps!
