If i will keep the chocolate in the freezer initially to set up and after when i take it out will the pistachio filling be melted or soild? I am just confused that how is it possible that outside chocolate is stays soild and the white chocolate in the filling stays liquid while breaking chocolate bar. Please explain how? I kept in the refrigerator until 🍫 set, or you can keep in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. If you want to speed up the process, Pistachio ganache spread doesn't harden in the refrigerator if you make the correct consistency that is shown in the video . Hope this helps .
Does the chocolate melts if i keep refrigerator more than 20 mnts...i used coverture premium milk chocolate and it melted soon after i removed out from fridge😢😢Tell me the correct timings for registration pls
Nope , it will not melt if you reduce the time . I understand you are using coverture chocolate... Keep it at room temperature to solidify... If you want to speed up the process, being it a coverture chocolate, don't refrigerate more than 10 mins., Hope this helps !
