Helpful video, thanks! One suggestion: for those of us who are hearing impaired, it's tough hearing what you are saying over the music -- perhaps leave the background music out or turn it down so it's easier to follow your instructions.
Is there any way to make this without heavy cream? Like evaporated milk, etc? I don't have heavy cream so any tips would be appreciated!!! Also love the vid, very short, cute, and helpful!! It looks DELICIOUS!

Interesting idea to put the cinnamon stick in there, does that flavor pair well? For thin slices I like using my offhand as a guide for the knife. I use the last knuckle of my middle finger as the guide, ends of the finger bent in slightly to avoid any nicks
Hi! I am using a Shun 8” chef knife:) I really have found that I prefer Japanese knives to German (such as wusthof), the blade is thinner and the handle is much lighter so with smaller hands, I feel like I have more control!
