We are the Downtown Stockton Alliance, the 501(c)6 non-profit focused on supporting and promoting Downtown Stockton businesses, property owners, visitors, and residents to create a beautiful, thriving Downtown!
The heart of California's 13th largest city and home to regional rail, water, and street transportation, Downtown Stockton is the historic, government and financial center bordered by one of the largest inland seaports on the West Coast, with a regional entertainment center to boot. Home to two minor league sports teams and the San Joaquin government, Downtown Stockton boasts historic architecture mixed with affordable and eclectic dining.
This channel features business spotlights in Doorways to Downtown; interviews with guest speakers who represent local government and resources on Talk to Downtown; a snapshot of Downtown people, living, dining; and the investigation of paranormal activity in our area through Spirits of Downtown.
I experienced paranormal activity on board the Queen Mary back in the summer of August 2006. I was visiting friends and we took the haunted tour of the Queen Mary. Something touched me on the back of my neck. It felt cold and damp. I've never forgotten it. I will always remember that moment.
Unique place I'm in Stockton like 15 min away 😊I don't know why I've never notice this place I been goin downtown all my years eye dr etc but will surely be visiting it 😊
First thing I've learned in my years of years of experience through years and passed down spiritual gifts is that you don't ask the spirits if there dead ever or about there death 💀 it's just my opinion of what I've researched. Also you invite them to contact but tell them you mean no harm and tell the ones that are malicious that they have to stay back 😊
I love cows so I'm extremely fascinated to think there's a cow ghost in Stockton. My husband saw a cat ghost once so I don't disbelieve but it's not often you hear about animal ghosts, let alone farm animals
I worked in the restaurant down below and heard several stories, one girl walked into the back lobby where the bathrooms were and saw a woman hanging from the ceiling. I was cleaning up the bathrooms one evening and someone grabbed my ankle. It was just extremely eerie all around. Very uncomfortable.
I was born in Stockton. I now live in Elk Grove but haven't paid much attention to the beautiful architecture in Stockton. I found you via the History Hunter's channel.

I came here from History Hunters, I'm skeptical about ghosts and spirits, but your team is very professional and are willing to debunk yourselves when there is another explanation.
@@downtownstocktonHi this is Ryan, I was in the video the big guy with the black shirt and ballcap with all the paranormal equipment. Are you doing anymore investigations? Are you promoting Lodi at all? as I regularly investigate Hill House Inn in Lodi and Locke Chinatown near Walnut Grove.
This episode was so professionally done, and best of all, you were able to showcase each person on the team who contributed their time and played a great part in our investigation. It's amazing how gifted you are in doing this work in multimedia. This RU-vid video series being produced and made possible by the Downtown Stockton Alliance from the time it's been created until now has made me proud of what we're all doing as a paranormal investigator. Thanks, Shaun, for another job. Well done!
Hi Matthew! We miss having you and were so sad to hear about Aaron. We have decided to dedicate the upcoming episode to him. We filmed a couple of investigations this year already, but if we film anymore, we will make sure to reach out to you. Hope you are well! - Courtney
Hi Leslie, on this episode we were doing a giveaway for a free poetry book to anyone who commented live during the show. You won the giveaway. We have the book at our DSA office. Please email schatrath@downtownstockton.org and we can schedule a day/time during office hours that you can pick up the book.
