Thanks for your feedback, however some notable differences are. Ecological differences. Presence of under river metro. Stock exchange . Rejection of 1000 crore from Bengal. Transportation issues. Political difference. Area difference.

Till the time Bengalis are alive, Bengal cannot be divided. North or South, we are all Bengalis and Bengal is our motherland. Bengalis of Assam, Tripura, Jharkhand all are the sons and daughters of Bengal. Don't divide your mother enrich it.
Modi transformed Gujarat as a CM and now he is transforming India as a PM this is the experience and contributions but there are politicians who has zero experience and contributions to India or state and they want to become PM of India and people are also supporting them. Some say modi is a dictator,i would like to have this dictator for the next 100 years bcoz we are seeing and experiencing growth and development and complete transformation of India 👀🤔🙏
Yes definitely I also believe there are no better options than BJP in India. States that claim modi to be a dictator are the ones who are dictators themselves just like West Bengal, Sandeshkhali.
Sky scrappers are built in areas where land is limited like in Mumbai in india we have ample land, yeh your point is also right could have been better had there been sky scrappers 👀🤔👀
Yes, you can buy a residential plot in GIFT City. In fact, a recent government resolution allows anyone to own and occupy a residential property there, even if they are not employed in GIFT City
Sirf wide roads se smart city nahi hota mere bhai . Waha or NSE BSE hai kya. Bullet train, metro, airport, Narendra Modi jaisa stadium , etc within 20 km me hai kya...?
Sir inlogo ka dimag kharab hote jaa raha h china ko dekh k agar wahi bjp Kuch apne man se decision le le development k liye to democracy khatre m aa jati h
You can correct me if I am wrong but tbh I think that this city will be a failure because the infrastructure is just like tier 2 chinese cities , currently by looking at this video I can clearly say that this city is nothing infront ot cities like shanghai , dubai , singapore, hong kong etc 😢

As Narendra Modi the largest stadium is visible from GIFT CITY, so I think they will not make any plans for a large stadium but yes there is the Gift Club for a variety of activities.
Koi bhi city ki deadline nhi hoti hai development ki. Shanghai 1980 se ban rha hai aur koi end date nhi ki ab complete hogya . Similarly gift city bhi develop hota rahega aur just kuch month pahle hi consider karehi government aur area alot karne ke liye .😅

Totally mistaken. It is traditional city in Pakistan, no comparison with gift city Choose Gift City if: You're a business owner or professional looking for an advanced business environment. You value sustainability, efficiency, and access to advanced services. You're comfortable with smart technologies and data collection for city management. Choose Bahria Town if: You're looking for a place to live with established communities and a wider range of housing options. You prioritize affordability and a lower cost of living. You prefer a more traditional, less technology-focused environment.

There are many cities but I don't think they have the below features even closer to GIFT. Within 5-10 years it's going to be a central financial hub with twin towers and also it's still in a developing stage. There are nearly 600+ entities operating in this small city. It is a smart city due to the following:- Planned financial and IT services hub Integrated township model Special Economic Zone (SEZ) with tax incentives Sustainable and eco-friendly development Smart city features and infrastructure International Financial Services Center (IFSC) Futuristic and iconic architecture Global connectivity through airport and transportation Regulatory sandbox for fintech and startups Focus on livability with residential, educational, and recreational facilities

There's a subtle difference between the first "smart city" of India and the first "operational" smart city: First Smart City (by announcement): This title is often attributed to Indore. It was among the first cities selected for the Smart Cities Mission launched by the Indian Government in 2015. This designation is based on being chosen for the initiative, not necessarily having a fully functional smart city infrastructure. First Operational Smart City: Determining this is trickier. Many cities received funding under the Smart Cities Mission, and development is ongoing. It depends on how you define "operational." Some sources claim Indore is also a forerunner in implementing these features
