Not going to lie. This feels like a nice breath of fresh air from Mario Kart Wii. Especially after all the Funky Kongs and Flame Runners just being the only meta of that game. At least here things are a lot mkre different for better or worse. I'm goikg to sound very weird for saying this, but if I was to choose a Wii racing game (at least to just play online (if I could!)), it would be this one.
Quick question: if i got homebrew without a sd card by using the dns settings, can i also do this? Like, does it stack? Or does one not work/get uninstalled?

Yes... AS LONG AS they balance the items, and stop giving trailing players the broken catch-up items. If they made the item drops more like the original SNES, or even N64 game, the game could accommodate 24 karts. If two-dozen players were spamming MK8D's insane item rain, the game wouldn't be worth playing.
hopefully all the hackers get banned. so a few weeks ago, i believe. i got bombed by a hacker while racing, and maybe i lost the race to a hacker who hacks the track up.
the dev has made it so dumb to install. You should be able to just inject the mod directly into the rom so you can install it easily. All my wii games on my wii u are injects that sit on the wii u home menu, and this single mod makes it so annoying
