i've been watching this video on repeat for the past week. something about the socks on the stage and plucking the violin and the forgotten chords make me feel at home
You know you’re in a bizarre headspace when you’re watching decade-old live performances of obscure songs that you’re not completely sure who’s artist it belongs to at 4 am

It’s only voice and orchestra. This tour was from his song-swap collaboration project “Scratch My Back, And I’ll Scratch Yours.” If you haven’t heard it yet, listen to the original by Talking Heads. It’s amazing.
Yes it is! Hear the music and see the song text in the connection, turn up the boxes completely according to and it showers run to you through your body
Mixed feelings about this. I love this song and it's nice to see that Peter Gabriel recognises this as one of Young's relatively hidden gems. But this song is outside of Peter's range and he really struggles to sing it. It's a poignant interpretation and I don't mind the orchestration but it's difficult to look past the vocal performance, which is even worse on the album.
She reminds me so much of Robert Smith and their sound so much of The Cure; I love their music, I hope they continue to produce similar sounds... ...simply said, they are addictive!
It's something about that piano that makes this song very haunting but gives it what it needs. Love you Peter and u are great just terrible arrangement!
