Great video! Just wondering. If founders or early employees buy shares through a Roth IRA, they become “disqualified persons” right?? Therefore, these people are unable work on the day-to-day activities of the company?? Is that correct? So was Peter Thiel able to work at PayPal in any capacity after he bought shares in a Roth???
