Utterly disturbing belly dance background music and yoga with a weird moving camera effect, aren't we the fusion ones? All of this compatible to the definition of yoga being relaxation and meditation of body and mind, HOW exactly?
Bikram videos that depict the exact sequence and exact poses are more than easily available above and below this video on RU-vid. If this one doesn’t suit you, I suggest you click on the very next one and you’ll get exactly what you want. For those of us who’ve been practicing Bikram yoga regularly for years, this is simply a fun variation to what we know by heart.
I started Bikram 8 months ago. Love it. This is a nice little site to refresh my memory while not attending classes at the moment. I just did a quick 45 minute run through. Feeling great. Thanks!
Hey guys, The best success that I have ever had was with Marks magic method (i found it on google) Without a doubt the most helpful diet that I have ever tried.
LOL at the guy below who says their faces look 'desperate' LOL, that's called determination, of which you need plenty to do this form of yoga. Let me guess - tried it once and it was too hard?
Hey, I want to share this because I spent endless years going from diet to diet without seeing any results until I discovered Dianas magic plan (i found it on google). Without a doubt the best weight loss that I have ever had and it is still working to this day.
interesting that it is bad for your heart, I have done it a few times it is a hard work out. I believe it has some good beniefits to it. and if you can loose weight. it the sequence in what he used more of a vinessa flow. aerobic at first. then it is slowed down to more of a hatha yoga. this yoga is realy good for the impatient and people who want fast results. tdayys yoga is a business and the reverence is disapering. less self discipline. and more activity. I still see the benefit in yoga in both my mind, body and spirt. aerobics is just too fast and too may steps for me.
It's not bad for your heart. Just don't eat anything 3-4 hours prior to Bikram, as well as focus at one point in the mirror and your breath. Actually, Bikram heals your heart, prolongs your life, saves you from visits to hospitals and solves the health problems docs can't. Just be patient, the results come in a couple of months and are worth it. Everyone, initially gets heart, sleeping and breathing issues at the very beginning, usually those dissapear after a couple of months of active practice.
Hot yoga is bad for the heart and lungs. Any inversions is good for the heart, so just going to any yoga class with lots of down-dogs and shoulderstands, etc. would be good for the heart. As for weight-loss, bullshit. All types of yoga slows the metabolism, even hard-core Ashtanga. Proved by science.
imsovainp In other words, no one in India should practice yoga, ever, since it is the SAME, EXACT temperature in Calcutta, for instance, as it is inside a Bikram studio. In fact, if you knew ANYTHING about this type of yoga, you would realize it was specifically designed to recreate the conditions in Calcutta, down to the level of humidity common in that city. The level of ignorance you exhibit is astounding 🤦🏻♂️😂
Wrong, bikram is a lot harder cardio-wise and will definitely burn more calories. Also for my skin, sweating is necessary on a regular basis and when it's constantly snowing outside it's hard to get a run in during the winter months. The other yoga can be nice but there are no standards and different types of classes so it's a crap shoot whether you will have a good workout or not.
why must everyone BITCH about their Yoga styles? It's ALL GOOD PEOPLE. I practice Bikram Yoga 2 times a week along with running and weight training and zumba. I'm a TRAINER for 30+ years and IT'S ALL GOOD. Any type of FITNESS YOU LIKE is good, Any type of FITNESS YOU DO id good so stop complaining and comparing Yoga Styles...... IT'S ALL GOOD!!!!!
The differnece is: Bikram wants to make money. So he does what others have not done yet: He heats up the room, so people think, because they sweat a lot that is good for losing wight. But the body gets overheated and its realy bad for the heart. So, you better do the old Hatha asanas without this comercial trick.
Yeah, I know right? I thought Bikram was different since everyone says it's better than Vinyasa or some other ones. I took Traditional Hot Yoga the other day, and it was exactly these poses. So I'm lost, what the hell is the difference!
