Why not just pull the hose off the bottom where the clamp is and blow air thru the hole until the air comes down thru the hose? Same difference without having to fight taking the hose completely off.
Dont really understand which hose you are blowing towards but I didn't say to take the hose completely off and you want to make sure the hose itself is clear that's why I pulled the top of the #13 hose off and blew from there, we have found clogs in the hose itself before, this is a common problem with these engines that most owners aren't aware of

I bough a new intake manifold that didn't include the hose nor the inlets/outlet to plug a hose in.. the engine runs very rough and i do see some oil on the #9 hose and even on the spark plugs #1 and #5. Im going to replace the hoses and install the old OEM intake manifold, hopefully it helps
That's funny because on 1A Auto they show the removal of the intake manifold for a new one of there's From TRQ. Also on comments people complained of the same issue. Think in future I will suck it up & have to go for a OEM GM manifold
You need to clear the air way of the holes before putting the hoses back on , running air compressor shoot air threw the bottom hole till you feel it coming out the top then put your hoses on..

I cant get the tope of the hose off for nothing , im about to just cut off with a razor blade knife , if i do that can i just blow air into the lower hole back into the engine ?

Thats the best thing to do , blow air threw till you feel it coming out the top hole then put your new hose on , you might wanna take your vvt sensor out and clean it after your done clearing those air ways ..
