Dear Gogoro, I am from New Delhi and waiting for your products from your first introduction to Indian market, but 2nd quarter started and you have not released any products in India for public use (only commercial delivery partners). The Fame II subsidy started and if you are thinking to take your time your price range may inflate in coming months.
According to my friends in Taiwan, they are facing issues with obtaining aging and faulty batteries at the swap station. Considering that e-bikes have been popular there for a decade, I doubt the ongoing issue will be solved in Singapore. Another common complaint is the bike's limited range and lower speed compared to fuel bikes. Given the abundance of battery swap stations, is our government willing to install them at all petrol stations? Let's wait and see.
Still hoping this opens up in america soon. Nyc alone could really benefit, and they already have the infastructure for the electric bikes (i think from city bank or something)
If 15 scooters change their batteries let's say within 2 hours, between 8 and 9 o'clock am or 5 to 7 pm, the charge station will not be able to complete the charging cycle, so no ready batteries will be left.
