It could be several things to look at. Stress causing anxiety also have you heard of the gut brain connection? See also if you have acid reflux or a bad stomach, trust me when i say that can wake you up in the night with cramps and feeling like if you are gonna die. Try not to eat late before bed and try to find out any foods that may trigger acid reflux. It can also be spiritual attacks as well since you are on a Christian journey pray that God deliver you from evil and even show you what it is that's causing these sleep problems. I personally know about stomach issues and waking up in the night and feeling as if you want to die (that happens if i ate to late or something to trigger my stomach. I have learned that taking a pinch of salt and sipping water helps calm that down and I am able to get back to sleep). I pray you will find the cause and solutions to this problem. @JamiePerkins
Definitely would love to see more of the different nature sights of Melbourne or anywhere in Australia that you visit besides the other stuff you share which are great also. The camera quality was good also

Start with Prayers in the morning before starting your day Jamie!! Hope no one is doing any witch craft on you bro! Also try some squeezed grape fruit juice, mixed with coconut water and a pich of salt in the morning. Mix it and drink it that usually helps wake me up!

You are such a treasure ... also it's been amazing staying with you from before the children were born to watching them being morning amd now growing up so much before our eyes measuring how tall they have grown stains grandma's and your shoulders .... yes they do have a way ti go to catch up to your height but I am guessing it will be like a blink of our eyes before we see them bith almost shoulder to shoulder woty you and then possibly beyond your height ...two little beauties with lots of brains as we witness you teaching them lots and lots rest well now

Great to see you again. The girls are growing up and a have a great personality just like their parents. It was great to see you mother as well, she's such a sweetie pie. I hope you feel better Jamie!😊 it does sound like it could be anxiety. You may want to get a blood test for parasites as well they can cause insomnia. Did they tell you to take Melatonin so you can rest a bit?
