@user-iv4qs2jo8c did you listen to the song I mentioned? Clearly not, or else you'd understand what I was saying, and who says a type beat can only pertain to rappers? I'm sure there's a million marshmallow or skrillex type beat's out there, even though they're (actual) "edm/dubstep" artists. The "type beat" part just has to summarize the general energy or context of the song, for example; "no melody type beat", "guitar type beat", "goofy type beat", these are all type beats that get a ton of production but have nothing to do with a rapper specifically. But regardless of all that, 2hollis actually is a rapper, here's the first couple sentences of his discography; - "2hollis; the 20-year-old, Los Angeles-based singer, rapper, and producer, whose real name is Hollis Frazier Herndon, makes wildly processed industrial dance pop and rap." - It may not sound like your mainstream artist, but he definitely does a little bit of rapping in a majority of his music. He does have a lot of drum and bass breakdowns, but barely any of his songs stick to one genre for the entire duration, and lots have trap/hiphop inspired breakdowns as well. That's like saying Lil Peep isn't a rapper because his music sounds more like grunge rock than generic rap, and because of that there can't be any lil peep type beats, when in reality its one of the most produced type beats out there. He inspired an entire new sub genre of rap called "cloud rap" which 2hollis falls under as well.
