Butifful looking like butifful women butifful car design exellent nice 1969 Corvettes to earley beginning of 197os the best sports the best ever in the world ❤
I’ll happily take a drum brake Corvette. It’s a fairly easy upgrade to disc that doesn’t hurt the value of the car or just run with the drums. My ‘68 rs had drum brakes and it was never an issue.
I’m 70 and here is my list of Z/28’s I’ve e owned and still own the 70 from the original owner that I purchased in 1981. All 4 speeds. 1968 bought in 1974 for $3,000 a friend of mine is the current owner. 1971 bought in 1975 1977 ordered new 1978 ordered new 1980 ordered new 1970 bought in 1981 for $5,000 If I ever purchase a 69 it has to have the RS option.
Very pretty. C6 GS manual cars have dry sump oiling (bonus!) and hand built LS3 motors (bonus bonus!!). Very desirable car. Perfect as it is or ready for hundreds of additional HP with just bolt on mods. Good luck with sale.
@EudoraGossamer I had a silver 71 T top with a red interior, later has a blue 70 1/2. 350/350, all in the mid to late 1970’s. I did modify the blue one with a L88 hood, fender flares and Eklers recessed headlights ( the car had front end damage when I got it) hate spell check, it changed Eklers to Elmers😖
One thing is for certain after watching a few Corvette video’s of cars you have for sale I am that buying a car from County Corvette’s is a safe no non sense sale. Nice C6 Vette.
You can do that whole performance contrast thing with any make or model. Take a Ferrari from the late 70s and early 80s. I bet it doesn’t perform like a new Ferrari. Go look. Go look at the performance of most cars in that time period. Even the performance cars. Only the customized or tuner ones were fast then (or something approaching $100,000). Being slower than today’s cars isn’t something particular to Corvettes. I bet that ‘82 had good brakes and suspension for the time. It’s so annoying listening to people complain about Corvettes from a time period, when it’s the fault of the period, not the car. It’s pretty simple and cheap to make these pretty quick/fast. Any other performance car from this period, a performance guy would modify, without complaining about how it came from the factory. For some reason, when it comes to Corvettes, the car just sucks (and there’s apparently nothing one can do about it). The 80-82 is a good platform to start with…because of its appearance. Make it faster. Make it corner better. Make it brake better. It’s not that difficult.
I can tell that you're a real car guy just like myself, you project a real love for corvettes as I do. Thanks for your videos and don't be surprised if I show up with my piggy bank one day! (I'm a three petal dude)
