Good evening, Sir. Thanks for this GREAT video!!! Are you saying that you created your ebook in Google Docs and uploaded that document into Kindle, Amazon, etc.? You didn't upload it to an ebook creator to get the page size and margin formatting, front cover, back cover, etc etc etc? I'm curious, when people buy and download your ebook does it open up as 8 x 11, or does Kindle and Amazon resize it automatically? Thanks again, great job on your video!!
Correct, I wrote my book using Google Docs (just like how I show in the video) and once I was done, I downloaded the finished book using Microsoft word doc (just like I show in the video). Uploaded it to amazon (following the directions on amazon to create kindle book on amazon) and everything came out great! As far as the ebook opening up as a 8 x 11, whatever the dimensions were set in the google doc is how it will show up or appear but I don't think that even matters. Also, as far as I know, amazon doesn't resize it, but like I stated in the video, everything looks great once your done in google docs.
Hey! Thank you so much for the tutorial - do you by any chance know why my ebook format looks really merged together when I load it as a test with calibre? Everything is merged together and doesn't look like an ebook. Is that a poor software choice for ebook aesthetics? Either way, thanks so much. I'm just wondering what it would like like for Kindle, once I've finished the actual draft and edited it again. I appreciate you giving me organisational methods. For example; all of the pages come out all squashed together. PDF is completely fine, but that isn't any good for KDP apparently.
There is a lot you can do on Google Docs on your Android - so give it a try. I would suggest writing everything and then editing it on a library PC though. You can do a lot of writing and formatting on Android though - but, likely not as easy. I started on Android. I'm now having an issue with the actual output of the ebook file. I have the character, book cover, framework and idea - have started writing too - now I just need the organisational method directly printed into my brain. For some reason, despite the video being really helpful, when I load what I've written so far, on calibre, it is all wonky. I don't know how you fix that. Other ebooks turn like real pages.
I followed that and took a pre recorded broadcast on streamyard with the RMTP from Yellow Duck and even though on the streamyard dash it showed it broadcasting, dont see it anywhere on my IG page??
What I believe I left out is that you won't be able to see yourself. If you have more than one Instagram account, you can go to another account and from that account, you can tap into the one that you went live on (if that makes sense)
Can we edit and highlight the text of the pdfs imported in kindle app ? Is there any way to highlight and mark important things in our pdf format book for free?
I'm not sure about editing text while the pdf is on kindle but I do have a possible way you could edit and highlight parts of the pdf and then putting that finished highlighted version back on kindle. Subscribe and stay tuned.
My apologies, I failed to mention that you won't be able to see it. If you have another instagram account, you can go to that account and from that second account, you go back to the original instagram where you are live on and you will be able to see yourself. There's no work around for that one sorry about that. Again, if you have two or more (some people have more) instagram accounts, you can go to your 2nd one and then watch your first one (the one where you are live on)
Great video - thanks. So basically, you can just add unlisted recorded videos on youtube with extras instead of going live at a scheduled time. Right 😜 So mix up your youtube classes with free - like this one - fantastic and paid unlisted ones added to your site. However, I will add an extra. Add a members area instead of password protection. More money. you definitely gave me some great ideas about this. One more time- thanks.
Sorry to here that. It worked for me when I tested it out. I don't use it now because I just post clips of videos to the gram natively. Right now you're the only one that has expressed having a problem with it this far.

Great video and advice... I use an Atem Mini Pro Livestream switcher and use it for multiple cameras....I'm pretty sure you can use it to keep the important scenes in frame by switching to that corresponding camera....One of my cameras is an extremely wide lens camera which can pick up the entire room.Another is a narrow lens with 48x zoom ....Once you get the correct equipment etc...You'd most likely be able to make great IG videos....I may try in a couple weeks, since I use Streamyard and you just showed me how to get the stream key!!!

If you mean that once you put the pdf on your kindle, a book cover picture shows. To my knowledge it does not. Only the text title of the book shows as the book cover.

Thanks! I'm not quite sure what you mean but I'm thinking that you want to be able to click to a specific location (poetry title) so that you can work on it. If this is incorrect, please advise. The other thing I was thinking is that if someone were to read your poetry on the kindle or in a kindle app, you would like for them to be able to click on a specific title so it takes them right to that page. If this is what you mean, once you set up the chapters like I explained, people will be able to click on any chapter or title of the kindle book and it should take them right there. If this is all incorrect what you are asking, let me know. Thanks.
So when you get ready to post your RTMP URL in stream yard. You will have to up grade your plan on stream yard you can not use the free plan. Is that correct?
Shannon, I hadn't used the free plan in quite some time however, if the free plan allows for the use of rtmp then by all means experiment with the free plan first and see how things go. Always take a test and learn approach so that you'll get immediate feed back that will direct you to the next move or test.
