I’ve noticed people have “evolved” from running a stale yellow to a fresh red. As Jeff Spicoli said in Fast Times, “It was yellow a minute ago, I’m sure.” 😂
Any a few pimps read this right there were Krispy Kreme‘s is they got that 26 foot trailer there are you guys stupid it was there in 2015. Take pictures of all y’all. It’s there today right in the parking lot. Traffic.
My comment from yesterday was deleted. If you deleted, I respect your opinion but I disagree. If you didn’t delete it, as I suspect, I wanted you to know about what happened/overzealous yt censorship.
I don't delete comments. If they deleted it, they'll hold it for review and I don't even see it - no gmail notification for any comments on this post yesterday.
@@PatrickWilliamMartin iI had just given a number to call for enforcement. I also commented on how the political correctness approach by leaders is leading to more stuff like parking daily in crosswalks. It’s not helping, it’s doing just the opposite.
@@PatrickWilliamMartin I have tried commenting with the phone number but it gets deleted. Call non emergency with location, car description and plate info. That might adjust their every day attitude 😀
What it looks like when parking enforcement is not in the budget/not politically correct. The population has gone up 50% in the last decade or so and parking enforcement has the same or likely fewer officers today.
@@PatrickWilliamMartinI read a comment on a local blog saying the readers aren’t running yet because of some Seattle law regarding camera surveillance. Maybe they are wrong? I know the city dropped an idea about 10 years ago for a camera system on light poles because of privacy concerns 🤦♂️ but readers on law enforcement vehicles seems different.
People don’t realize how lucky they are to just do as they please here in Seattle. They would be ticketed/booted/towed in other cities. So many entitled or moronic drivers/parkers. Karma is a B and it’s coming sooner or later.
I’m very interested in speech pathology and dialects, accents etc but hadn’t heard this word. Had to look it up. At first I thought you were saying a common word but with an accent.
Scooter/bike share started long before Seattle Police quit by the hundreds. I know of someone who did a public records request seeking the number of people cited for riding scooters or bikes (illegally) on the sidewalk, etc. Zero results found. As if common sense isn’t enough, there is a sign when getting on the bridge that states no bikes, pedestrians, etc. I contacted SPD recently about so many bikes and scooters being seen on the bridge but I haven’t heard back yet. Probably won’t. A lot of times they say call 911. 😂 yeah right, city down hundreds of officers for years. Response times for priority calls is about 10 minutes. A scooter won’t be a priority call. The rider would be off the bridge in 5 minutes.
I've seen a few beater cars running around without license plates. They didn't seem too worried about getting pulled over. Only in the last few years though. ???
I saw one recently with duct tape as a rear window and that was broken too. How is that legal? The tabs were expired by several years. I don’t think people realize how lucky they are. I’ve lived in a few cities where you would be pulled over. And if you’re tabs were expired and you parked on the street, you would get a ticket every day, not once a year or never like Seattle.
@@PatrickWilliamMartin I knew riders would not follow any of the rules before the program launched. SDOT knew or should have known. SPD hasn’t enforced any of the rules around riding like no more than one person, must obey traffic laws, no sidewalk riding, etc. I have to admit I didn’t think I would see them on a freeway/highway. Darwin.
OH!! He said riot!! That is hilarious! Where did you come up with that one, it is awesome! I hope you don't actually live in Seattle. If you do, and you are mentioning riots, you had better sit down. LOL!
@@algrundau9441 Oh, as a resident of Vancouver I will not deny that Vancouver is lame. But there is a reason for that. Too many suburban morons have come into Vancouver too many times over the last few decades, and caused trouble. To a point where city council said f**k it, it's not worth the hassle. That wasn't my point. To clarify, and I will type slowly so you can sound out the big words, this is people entering the rink, not a viewing party. And I will ask you again, are you a citizen of Seattle?
