Sometimes I wonder if I accidentally saw this as a young child and just don't remember it because one night me and my mum had left the house to go on a trip to get away from my abusive brother, and we went somewhere in the desert that had a pool. It was nighttime and the pool was well lit in the water, but I had this overwhelming feeling of fear, thinking for sure there was an alligator in the water. I don't know where the fear came from. We are in SoCal, there's no way it would have happened. But. It's been a lifelong fear and fascination. Me and my bf watched this movie by accident late one night and this scene came on and I was in utter terror lol
