I am Indian have a dream to land a Job in USA so I have completed AINS designation, completed 520 and ethics. I have 14 years of US Insurance Industry as I worked with Willis 10 yrs and Marsh 4 yrs.
This exam is nothing compared to the study material, the long paragraphs and answers are reworded differently and not mentioned at all in the reads, materials, tests, knowledge reviews, it's just made impossible to get monies from people to keep retaking it. We studied, over 10 people and we all failed. Says something about this institute.
I research and write about insurance, including numerous articles in the CPCU Journal since 1981. Why does this educational (for me and readers) activity not merit CE credits under the "In Good Standing" program??? When I email The Institutes and the CPCU Society about this, why does not one -- no one -- respond to my inquiries? When I attempt to address this on the CPCU discussion board, why is that thread immediately closed to prevent debating the issue?
The CPCU designation and my involvement in the CPCU Society have greatly enhanced my knowledge of the insurance industry and my credibility with clients.

Given the new legal situation in Indiana, should this date be cancelled ? As CPCU myself, I believe it would be unethical for the Annual Meeting to be held in Indiana. It would also undermine any claim that CPCU values diversity.
