What a fantastic series. I have watched many videos to get the real concept in ServiceNow but had not got good RU-vid channel. One of my friend suggested to watch Runjay videos, i watched couple of video to check the content delivery and i found really great. Hello Runjay, the alert on OnLoad script was not working as you had ITIL Admin role and the return was working. The code was not going to alert. For ITIL user, the alert would work.

@@RunjayP while making connection between computer and MSFT SQL Instance 1 - we need to scroll down to the properties section to add relationship type - I am not getting the option of Add Relationship Types - The only option available is Add a related item
What is the difference between a Case and a Request? Because at the end a Case becomes a REQ, what is the difference between an Agent and a person who resolves a request?

Hi Sunjay, I started watching your videos n subscribed the channel as well. Two suggestions if you can consider it. Put a serial no against all your videos so it will help us to just follow the series. Since your are not revealing your face you can simply relaunch these videos in hindi. It will definitely help to all asian freshers audience to learn an important topic.
