I reversed mine with power walking, elliptical, strength training and lastly added standing on a vibration platform 2 years ago. Last BDT no osteoporosis
Miss karen can you please tell me,did you take any medication for your osteoporosis then?I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis last march this year,and the doctor said that i should take prolia but i refused it bec.of i heard,it will not really protect you from getting fracture aside from it might cause cancer.Please tell me,did your osteoporosis cure without taking medication.please help ,i'm really desperate.Thank you.

@@koozurujeon6496 No meds!!!! Slow improvements over 10 years by strength training power walking elliptical then the biggest increase was after starting the vibration platform. I only take calcium and drink small glass of bone broth. My last test showed no osteoporosis. Good luck!

If you listen to the video he says he got exercise direction from Sara Meeks. She is an osteoporosis expert-/Go to BOB AND BRAD RU-vid channel and find the Sara Meeks exercise videos. I think there are 12. I do one or 2 daily and LOVE them. The realignment exercise is fantastic and helps posture..but they all are great. They seem easy, so increase slowly.. they really are fantastic. She also has 2/3 podcast videos where she gives great information. They give you her email address-you can ask her for her exercise information and lots of information comes to you. She does not send you garbage emails!
