I have experience with body transformation. I was an overweight skater, Football, baseball player etc. I had previous muscle, but, was always fat. I got fit at 20 and I became an obnoxious self absorbed ass. My life began to take a tumble as my cockiness grew. Stay humble and help others. We are all meant to be the best we can be. When you grow cocky and dont help others, you fall out of line with the divine snd hinder yourself. Ve careful of judging others.
Your Before and After are dramatically noticeable - very impressive! People don't understand that nutrition is the key component of achieving that kind of physique.
